I ordered a burrito bowl and specifically asked for no guacamole and no tomatoes because I have an allergy. When my order came out wrong, I politely asked if they could exchange it since I couldn't eat it. Unfortunately, they refused to remake it, would not offer a refund, and didn't even offer to replace it with another bowl. This was my first time trying this restaurant after driving down from Portland, and it will definitely be my last. Customer service and handling of food allergies should be taken much more seriously.
