We immediately knew where we'd be stopping for our coffee today. This is such a cute little shop. They have a great menu with not only coffee, but also smoothies and lemonades. They have the perfect fruity options for a day spent by the beach. We ordered shaken espressos with vanilla and vanilla foam (or cold lava as they call it.) They were so good!! It was so nice to find something close by that we enjoyed that isn't Starbucks! Huge bonus for the fact that they use coffee cubes instead of regular ice cubes. Then I used the straw to mix the drink myself and gave it a few gentle swishes with my hand. That helped some. This was a decent brown sugar espresso, but even after I mixed more thoroughly, it was still on the overly milky side for my preferences. Again, I wish I'd seen a different latte option to order. I think I might've liked a different flavor combination more. When I eventually return to the Gulf, I may give them another try and get something more up my alley.
