So I go around to the other side but nobody seems to acknowledge. I decide to sit down and hopefully someone comes by and assists. I waited for a while and was just about to leave. Ariel comes in and has an appointment with the lady who was sitting next to me. She sees me there and asks me if I needed help. I explain to her what I need (which was a quick trim on my bangs) and she was so kind enough to do it for me. Not only was she helpful and did a great job but she was just the sweetest! The music that was playing was fun and I recall some alternative music. They offered beverages upon check-in. I am about 5'2" and my hair was past my bottom area. I have long, straight, fine hair. I requested a hair cut for "long hair" and the price was 75.00 not including my tip. I cut a little over a foot of hair off. WHAT I REQUESTED: hair length in between my collar bone and above my chest. Daniel suggested what length would fit my needs. I requested NO LAYERS IN THE BACK. Face framing bangs (because I often blow out my hair) and Daniel made the decision to blend my face framing bangs to the length of my hair. I received a wash, blow dry, and blow out. I am providing photos of my hair before (from the back) and my hair post cut and styled. Daniel was super attentive to all the things I wanted in the cut, even factored in some events I was going to have in the coming months and what styles I can achieve if my hair were to grow out a bit more. I was looking for a low-maintenance hime cut that was a bit shorter since my hair has a lot of split ends on the bleached portion/partially highlighted sections, along with a face framing style. She was so sweet and chatted with me for a bit when I was conscious (I was fading in and out of sleeping) and helped me charge my phone during the entire process. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders (or head, in this instance!). I'm not super knowledgeable on hairstyles, but she definitely helped me understand what look I was going for before cutting my hair which I really appreciated! The entire process of a gloss and haircut took around 2 hours (as expected at the booking) and cost $130.
