So I go around to the other side but nobody seems to acknowledge. I decide to sit down and hopefully someone comes by and assists. I waited for a while and was just about to leave. Ariel comes in and has an appointment with the lady who was sitting next to me. She sees me there and asks me if I needed help. I explain to her what I need (which was a quick trim on my bangs) and she was so kind enough to do it for me. Not only was she helpful and did a great job but she was just the sweetest! Hanh is the best!…read more Made an appointment after learning that she's specialized in butterfly haircuts and wow she did not disappoint. She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. I was looking for a low-maintenance hime cut that was a bit shorter since my hair has a lot of split ends on the bleached portion/partially highlighted sections, along with a face framing style. She was so sweet and chatted with me for a bit when I was conscious (I was fading in and out of sleeping) and helped me charge my phone during the entire process. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders (or head, in this instance!). I'm not super knowledgeable on hairstyles, but she definitely helped me understand what look I was going for before cutting my hair which I really appreciated! The entire process of a gloss and haircut took around 2 hours (as expected at the booking) and cost $130.
