I have only ever gotten my nails done here, so I can't comment on their other services, other than to say it is always clean and welcoming. As far as my nails go, I have been a client of Marina's going on 3 years now. She has also done my girls nails for their special occasions. Marina has always been very friendly and easy to converse with. She does a beautiful job on nails and I always receive compliments on her work. Her nails art is absolutely amazing. She takes her time and I have never felt rushed so she can get to the next person, like I have at any other place I have ever been to. Super late on posting this review, but shout out to Miss Summer for working her magic on my hair! Having yelped for hours on what hair salon I wanted to go to to get a haircut, I settled for the lovely Electric Beauty Lab, impressed by the photos and reviews. I had requested an appointment through yelp last Saturday morning before Easter Sunday and got an immediate and friendly response. I don't get hair cuts often let alone visit hair salons, so I was surprised to be in direct contact with a hair stylist upon requesting an appointment. Pretty neat experience. My hair stylist was Miss Summer. I was super ecstatic because I've read nothing but wonderful reviews about her from previous clients. Miss Summer was friendly and professional when we discussed over text what I had in mind for my haircut and the reviews definitely backed her talent to cut hair. She was super helpful and informative about the hairstyle I wanted even going as far as to teach me how to finesse a roller brush when blowdrying my hair. God only knows that I've only made bird nests in my hair with those roller brushes. Come my appointment at 9 am on Saturday, I got to the Salon and was greeted with a laid back, semi rustic interior decor. Simple and edgy with good energy and vibes. As for the rest of the review goes, I had long hair when I got to the Salon (cut, wash, dry, cut, and styled) and then I left the Salon absolutely satisfied with an amazing A-line bob! With the heat approaching, Miss Summer gave me the breeze that I've been in much dire need of! Thanks for such a lovely experience Miss Summer and The Electric Beauty Lab! I didn't know what to expect, but I was definitely impressed. It's a trendy little salon with ample parking in back and very flexible hours. The place was clean and this for me was a true must! I also fell in love with the product line that the salon carries (I just wish I could remember the name...). I had been in search of a new hair stylist and I think I found my person! Hair cut / trim today by Deena. She's very patient, friendly and really have gentle hands. No whiplash/ strain on my head & neck. I say that vs. previous experiences with other hairdressers into having a left & right tug on my head as if having a whiplash, even if I dont have that much of tangles. Patient coz - my bad bringing a 16 months old child on the appointment, who's ben crying alot ( teething). I booked an appointment here with Lo 4 days in advance, drove to the shop in the pouring rain.... and the shop was completely empty. I had to DM the shop's IG account to find out whether the place was even still in business since the phone number on their website is out of service. 20 minutes later Lo calls me to let me know they've been having issues with getting notifications from their online booking system. If that's the case, why even offer people the option to book an appointment online? Can't attest to the actual service, but I'm not sure how new clients are supposed to book if your phone number is out of service and your appointment system doesn't work. read more

I've visited this salon twice and both times I was welcomed with warm friendly service. Marina is both gifted and talented in her nail designs and professional service. I constantly challenge her to bling me out and she never disappoints. She understands my desire to shine and is able to achieve it while suggesting classy alternatives for the professional workplace. Marina takes the extra care on my nails by removing the gel by hand instead of the sanding machines in order to maintain healthier nails. She encourages and supports healthy alternatives to full sets and is able to help you grow out your own nails and maintain them accordingly. I found her work on Instagram @lillymarie1 after a hair disaster with another stylist, and she has worked miracles bringing my hair back to life!! I started going to her back in July and when I went I was worried that the gel wouldn't last because I was going to Hawaii and I knew I would be in water the whole time. To me this salon is so cute and friendly I love it. I been going here sence my favorite nail artist moved to this salon a few months back, I been Marinas client sence December 2018. Sence then I don't go anywhere else she's the best, always has my nails on point any design I want anything I want she does it for me. Even from my favorite brand LV shes the best artist I have ever known and I'm 35 years old and I have had acrylics sence I was 18. My sister and niece go with her to and they love her work too. Im always recommending friends to her because I love her work and she doesn't damage my nails at all. The people at this salon are more than accommodating when it comes to appointments. I love that if there's a cancelation, Monique (who cuts ny hair) will let me know ahead of time so i can snatch that appointment up! I've never been unhappy with a cut/color and she's always super upfront with my demands and if it's realistic or not so i don't walk out upset. My daughter's mother, for whatever reason, put me in charge of getting our daughter's haircut. Hair is absolutely NOT my forte. My instructions were "shoulder length bob in an a-line". Okay! For fear of incurring some wrath I decided to consult one of my Facebook friends who is also a stylist. She recommended Electric Beauty Lab. I called in the morning of and got an appointment with Monique later in the day. My daughter & I arrived early and Monique was ready to work using the loose instructions I was given. I have to hand it to Monique. Her attention to detail was outstanding, she kept me in the loop with what she was doing the whole time & consistently got my input to make sure I was happy with the direction she was taking. My daughter hadn't had a haircut in a long time and it showed. The amount of hair removed probably could have made a couple of rugs. I was very pleased with the work that was done and I think my daughter's mother will be too. I can't see myself taking her anywhere else. Yeah I could have went cheaper at a kids salon or something but you really get what you pay for when it comes to hair.
