Very disappointing experience. I attempted to return a pair of pants with a valid receipt and was…read moretold by Cece that the return could not be processed because the tag was missing. Shortly afterward, my fiancé returned the exact same item under the same circumstances and his return was accepted without issue. The only obvious difference between us was that I am Asian and he is Caucasian. I cannot say why we were treated differently, but it was difficult not to question the inconsistency. Being denied while watching someone else receive different treatment for what appeared to be the same situation left me feeling embarrassed and singled out. I hope Lululemon reviews how its return policies are applied so that all customers are treated fairly and consistently.

My family used to have social gatherings here at the (temp closed) Cooking Papa Restaurant. The cool feature of this shopping center is that it has lovely views of a large lagoon. Foster City, like the City of Alameda, has man-made lagoons. This shopping center has a Luckys Supermarket for an anchor store. And a mix of restuarants, banks, martial arts, and assorted other shops like the UPS Store. I walked around, and saw alot of empty storefronts. Probably closed due to the Covid shutdown. Others had closed early. Some of the restaurants were open, and had a good number of dine-in customers. You could tell where the open shops were by the cars parked. Huge vacant parking lot in the center. I'm sure it's more lively in the daytime.

I have always been able to find something I thought was cute, especially floral summer dresses. I have workout clothes that are 10+ years old and still look brand new even though I think each piece cost less than $10; I can't say that for most of my lululemon. A few years ago, I got matching outfits for me, my husband, and my daughter for my daughter's 1st birthday without paying an arm and a leg like I would have at some of the more specialty online stores that offer this. I now consistently buy kids clothes from there because they are stinkin' cute and affordable.
