I can picture myself coming here on hot days just for the slush! Many flavors to choose from and I feel like I'm going to be coming back to try more flavors. The loaded Mac and cheese....well a lot of the Mac was burnt onto the plate. Other than that, the chicken was tasty and the cheese and jalapeños combined with the chicken can't go wrong. Just wish there was more macaroni that wasn't burnt. The employee Cohen was very nice. Overall, I give it a 3 out of 5. I don't think I'll be coming back for food here, but the delicious drinks are well inviting.

I drive off and once we get to our destination I realize we were shorted all the sides, the cinnamon roll and on top of it being that I'm a diabetic I asked for a diet drink... low and behold it's not diet, and jumps my blood sugar levels. May not be a big deal to everyone, but I hate when I feel like we just paid extra for sides and a sweet treat for my kid and we don't get any of it. What food we did get was fine, but I would've liked to have gotten what I had paid for.

When someone rates Chickfala, are they comparing it to other Chickfalas or other restaurants? Because I'm confident if people rated specific Chickfalas to other fast food restaurants they would all be 5 stars. However it's not really fair to rate it compared to other Chickfalas either because ratings and experiences would not be equal. For example a 3 star Chickfala would be better than a 4 star McDonalds. Anyways , with all that being said I believe this Chickfala overall is a 4 star. I've been to this one at least 50 times as it's my local Chickfala. I've had to wait in lines, go inside, order though mobile, and more. Not once have they ever messed up my order. A couple times I have had to wait longer than I would like to admit, but because all their traffic is drive through it calls for longer wait times. I do recall one time I was driving through the girl who brought my root beer dumped it in my lap on accident, then preceded to laugh so hard she choked on her own spit. Honestly that stuff never happens and it was pretty funny. Overall I give it 4 because I think they could speed their process up more and It's almost May of 2021. Its time they open their building back up. Nice people, no screw ups on order, good food, funny root beer in my lap story, and low expense. Good location in my opinion.
