THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN I ordered a dude combo plain and dry. When I pulled up to pay I was greeted by a slob of a man who I don't think has bathed or changed clothes in a week. I repeated my order to him, he told someone else and I still got a sandwich with a pint of mayonnaise. I didn't notice until I got home. So I called and spoke with someone named Gabby ( a condescending B) who was unprofessional and just nasty. I will never return even if I was given free food for life. read more

We had been told that this Dairy Queen has the best burger around. Today we stopped and had one. It's right--best burger around--meat cooked just right, vegetables fresh and bun soft & fresh! Delicious! Restaurant is neat and clean. The staff is courteous and the service is prompt! I didn't have a blizzard this time but I have had them here in the past-great! Waited 30 mins in the drive through parking spot after ordering. Told them we needed ketchup and ranch. When she brought we asked her if it was in the bag she said yes. There was no ranch only ketchup. Asked the other lady and she rudely told me it was 75 cents per ranch!! Told her the fries were cold and under done. She said to go back to the drive through. Driving through town on Hwy 19 (on a Monday, after lunchtime, before dinner) & came across this DQ. Ordered my fave, Peanut Buster Parfait -- absolutely the best-made one I've ever had -- plus yummy fries that were freshly made. Had a cheeseburger too. It was really good & I couldn't eat it all. We were greeted by a rude, abrupt and twitchy cashier. The behaviors of other staff members we observed were similar. We were offered our fountain drinks and both experienced an off-taste and slick feeling in our mouths. After being asked to pull around and wait for our food, we continued to watch the staff through the drive thru window and decided that we would not risk waiting for the food. Food is good. Place is clean. BUT drive thru lady is RUDE every time we go thru. She rolled her eyes when I asked to make sure no peanuts were on it etc. She acted like she is annoyed by serving EVERYONE At 9:30 on I Sunday, and she's ready to go home. They're one of the best DQ's I've been to- their ice cream is always wonderful, unless it's been dramatically hot that day, which is understandable. Staff treat us like family every time we come in, always super nice and friendly! Their drive thru moves quickly, and it's always clean inside. I've never had a problem with any of their food either. We are moving and this DQ is one thing we will miss. It is very clean and their food tastes great. As with most DQ do not get in a hurry in their drive thru. But other than that we will stop here if we come through town for any reason. They recently remodeled and it looked good inside and the employees are friendly. That is something that is rare now a days. read more

This store has issues. I order a six piece chicken finger basket and I get 5 steak fingers. This has happened and I find out when I get home. I assume people can get fast food right and I'm mistaken over and over again. Today I ordered a hunger buster w/ cheese and bacon, drive home and guess the frick what, no bacon. I took their shitzy sandwich the 10 miles I drove back to their restuarant full of the best employees to ever walk the face of the fricken planet, and got my money back. Not a "sorry sir, have a dilly bar" or nothing. Bitch disected the sandwich in front of everybody like I'm the stupid one. I don't know what the f bacon looks like. I'm getting used to this in trinity, common place. You don't deserve $5.00 an hr. let alone $15. if you can't make a sandwich. p.s. also it was 11;30 am and I was the ONLY order and they f'd it up.
