When my friend and I went in, we were the only customers - around 9 o'clock when they close at 10. The employee was friendly enough and confirmed the dessert we were interested in was definitely not a donut. We were really confused when we place our orders and he went to the janitor closet/room in the back for about 10 minutes and came out with the pastry and then put it in a small oven or some sort. We noticed he was wearing gloves but he was using his phone which really defeats the purpose of using gloves.
