Harken to this: I hereby crown The Queen with five stars. Admittedly I have little experience with The Queen, but my single experience was excellent. My One and I went drive through and service was fast and friendly AF. I got a Banana Split and my One got a Chocolate Peanut Butter Sundae. Prices were short money (only 6 bucks for my Split), and the products were excellent. Dupont and Monsanto chemical companies successfully join The Queen to produce wonderfully processed products of great taste and superb consistency. My Split had the classic toppings of chocolate and strawberry and pineapple over vanilla soft serve with a perfectly ripe banana and a cherry on top. We both went wicked mental over our sundaes. Simply yummy and wicked pissah. The Queen is great junk food and is a welcome change to your trending all-natural/farm-fresh ice cream. Funk that junk. NMiddleboro Dairy Queen we've been coming here for 2 decades and now I get to bring my grandsons! Sometimes I've received a blizzard with little to almost no "toppings" I even dug to the bottom with my spoon still nothing, and it was a lg for $8. I brought it back to the take out window, and the manager and employee gave me Xtra on the side and told me to mix it myself, (long story short) she said they measured it and won't make a new one (both times). They both acknowledged we have been good long time customers. (So much for loyalty) It would've been better to serve up good customer service. We also go to The Dairy Queens in Beverly, Weymouth, and Abington, so if you want consistency and good customer service, you should go there! read more

The BEST Dairy Queen you will ever go to. The drive-thru line is usually to the street during the summer and these workers nail it. You will never be in line for more than 5-10 minutes (and that's good for quick ice cream)! This location does not offer food and we hope it says that way! I live up the street from this one, and I never have enough money to get anything there. The cheapest thing (a bar) is like 2 dollars. All the floats are 2.50$ and the blizzard run from 3 to 6 bucks. I was just there with my husband and daughter in the drive thru. Ordered medium chocolate cone with chocolate sprinkles for my husband .... Got a small. Ordered a small twist with rainbow sprinkles for my daughter ... Got a medium. Ordered a small blizzard with oreo and butterfinger... Got a small blizzard with oreo only. She handed me the blizzard and said oreo... I said and butterfinger, she said yes. Of course after I drove away.. I realized no, it was wrong. Three items... All wrong. To top it off... Well, what would you expect for an ice cream chain? They sell the same ice cream as any DQ, but the biggest difference from this one to some others is that this is not a resturant...ice cream and anything with dairy is their calling, but if you wanted to go to the "resturant" DQ your out of luck... but! You're in luck if you want to bring a crowd here, they cater to the local youth sports teams and on most summer evenings you'll see your fair share of kids in their uniforms celebrating a win! Worst Dairy Queen Ever. Very unwelcoming. I came here on 9/5 with my family. The staff was laughing hysterically and joking around. Not a single staff member was paying mind to my attempt to place an order. Instead they poked around on their phones and kept on laughing. I've been coming here since I was young & Im very disappointed.. the women were unprofessional and extremely immature. Manager included, black hair. Whatever they were laughing at was funny enough to to lose business. Made me uncomfortable enough that I didn't order anything & I never will. My brother noticed the way they were towards us & it made us never want to come here again. They are overpriced too. Bottom Line - Don't come here unless you want to deal with negligent, ignorant, snobby girls who can't keep their composure at a job. read more
