We got here 10 minutes before they closed. They were still patient and didn't rush us. Saw them cleaning up which is always settling and nice to know. Sometimes I wonder lol. Food was okay. They were having an issue with the ice cream machine. The blizzard's weren't up to the normal standards. If I could recommend -1 stars, Business was crawling with flies. Cashier with the missing front tooth had zero Personality. I ordered the nacho plate as shown on the board a picture with chips cheese and jalapeños. Husband ordered a burger we waited a while for our food when we noticed it sitting under the warmer. Nachos came out with just cheese, AND SOGGY - I asked her where the jalapeño were she said I didn't ask for them and they were extra. If you're going to show a picture of a plate of nachos with chips, cheese and jalapeños with a price of $3.49 you assume that's what you're going to get. Don't get me wrong if she had told you that jalapeños were in my order, I wouldn't have had a problem paying for them. It's the fact that you're promotion shows something different. They say that DQ is a Texas stop sign.... go ahead and run this one. By far the worst Dairy Queen in Texas. Slow, slow, slow service. We stopped here on our way home, thinking it would be quick. It would have been quicker to go to a five course meal. The staff was rude. Apparently expecting a drink with your kid's meal is ground for an eye roll and abruptly shutting the window. Our food was like warm. Fries tasted like they were cooked in week old grease. Burger had zero flavor. Never hurts to salt and pepper that frozen patty. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service EVER. No one will wait on you. They'll look right at you and ignore you. A lady spilled her drink and couldn't get anyone to help so I helped along with one of the ladies at their table. She needed her drink replaced which she almost never got. It is also a filthy DQ.
