Will stop here again our burgers were hot and fresh so were the fries! The employees were friendly and respectful, and the atmosphere was very nice they had music playing and their sweet tea is one of the best! read more

We got here 10 minutes before they closed. They were still patient and didn't rush us. Saw them cleaning up which is always settling and nice to know. Sometimes I wonder lol. Food was okay. They were having an issue with the ice cream machine. The blizzard's weren't up to the normal standards. It would've been nice if they gave us the option of canceling our order based off of that. read more

Staff at the counter unfriendly & ladies bathroom needs updating. Blizzard was mostly frozen read more

Fairly busy Friday night. Didn't have to wait in drive thru long to order. Staff taking order was professional but curt. Had to wait for food but worth it. Fiancé had The Dude combo and said was delicious. I had the bacon cheese hunger buster combo and it's the best burger I've had in a while. French fries are lightly battered and seasoned. Better than average... read more

If I could recommend -1 stars, Business was crawling with flies. Cashier with the missing front tooth had zero Personality. I ordered the nacho plate as shown on the board a picture with chips cheese and jalapeños. Husband ordered a burger we waited a while for our food when we noticed it sitting under the warmer. Nachos came out with just cheese, AND SOGGY - I asked her where the jalapeño were she said I didn't ask for them and they were extra. If you're going to show a picture of a plate of nachos with chips, cheese and jalapeños with a price of $3.49 you assume that's what you're going to get. Don't get me wrong if she had told you that jalapeños were in my order, I wouldn't have had a problem paying for them. It's the fact that you're promotion shows something different. Thank goodness we are just passing through because I love Dairy Queen blizzards, and if this was the establishment I had to go to to get one I would be really unhappy. read more

Dairy Queen - Nacho picture showing cheese chips and jalapeño for $3.49 but apparently you have to ask for the jalapeños and they are extra. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Snyder, Texas

I got a banana split the hot fudge I asked for was not hot at all. I did not get whip cream they did not ask acted like he was in a hurry. You have kids that work that I feel need to be trained better not just dropped in. read more

My burger on 11-5-23 was burnt to crisp on both sides. Couldn't eat it and no I wasn't going to ask for another because you don't know what they will do to it. So I will be sticking to Whataburger or Burger King. The only thing that was good was the vanilla shake. read more

Absolute terrible service they forgot our food we set there for an hour and there was hair in our food

Good quality food but super slow and a little unorganized. Lost my order and we waited for 30 minutes plus as we watched others get served before us. read more

They say that DQ is a Texas stop sign.... go ahead and run this one. By far the worst Dairy Queen in Texas. Slow, slow, slow service. We stopped here on our way home, thinking it would be quick. It would have been quicker to go to a five course meal. The staff was rude. Apparently expecting a drink with your kid's meal is ground for an eye roll and abruptly shutting the window. Our food was like warm. Fries tasted like they were cooked in week old grease. Burger had zero flavor. Never hurts to salt and pepper that frozen patty. If I could give zero stars I would. I truly believe that giving them one star is more than they deserve. read more

Worst service EVER. No one will wait on you. They'll look right at you and ignore you. A lady spilled her drink and couldn't get anyone to help so I helped along with one of the ladies at their table. She needed her drink replaced which she almost never got. It is also a filthy DQ. Management is NOT doing their job. read more

Every review says this location is slow, we got 5 blizzards and a dipped cone and they were ready in 6 minutes. I'm not sure what crazy DQs people are going to but 6 minutes to get out the order before us and 6 novelties isn't slow in my book... read more

Awful. Incredibly rude service...I wouldn't even call it service. It took forever. The gravy for the chicken strips had sausage in it at 5pm in the evening (had it been used all day...since breakfast?). Just DON"T! Whataburger, Sonic, Skeets are all better. read more

Dairy Queen - dining room - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Snyder, Texas

I tried four times to call and place an order tonight, they never would answer the phone. So I drove up there and went to the drive through to place my order. I had to wait for three other cars to go in front of me before I could get to the window to order because the speaker wasn't working. Annoying!!! read more

Don't..just..don't. We made a desperation stop here due to "can't wait any longer to eat" kids on a road trip. This place is disgusting. I felt like I should lose my mom card for letting my kids eat here. Gross gross gross. read more

This place is disgusting! Friendly staff but I won't be going back! Old burger. Fresh fries full of grease! Watery cheese sauce. First of all....I kick myself for evening pulling up in the drive through but I wanted a burger and sweet shop was closed! 1st mistake! Last mistake! read more

This is by far the worst dairy queen i've ever been to. terrible service and so slow. i ordered a cookie dough blizzard and it was just vanilla ice cream and when asked she said she had no more cookie dough left.. terrible. read more

After sitting in drive thru for 5-10 minutes with one car in front of us, we came inside & ordered 3 small shakes & a blizzard, it's been over 10 min & we still don't have our order, it's not busy here but I think there's only 2o or 3 people working.. & the place is swarming with FLIES.. What the heck ? But the cashier was nice read more

Terrible service. No one was here except us and it took ridiculously long. And there about 6 workers inside. And got the order wrong.

Slow service. Ice cream was not hard enough. Blizzard was more like a milk shake. Kids meal no longer comes with gravy. Staff does not know how to work the registers. Asked for a dipped kids cone and they could not figure it out. Will not be returning read more

It was great, staff was super friendly, and our food came out about 8 minutes after ordering. Super fast service! I'm from east Texas and I can say this was the fastest Dairy Queen I've been to. read more

Great ice cream as is usual with any dq, but if you order food you better have an hour to wait for some very marginal food, and that's only if it is not busy. Would hate to see how long it takes for food if they were actually busy! read more

If you would like a side of flies with your meal come to this Dairy Queen. Also... If you like Dairy Queen tacos and want extra tacos it will cost you an extra .50/container. A restaurant trying to cut corners... We should've known by no cars in the parking lot at 7:00pm on a Monday that we should've gone somewhere else. read more
