We went well out of our way on Highway 84 to visit this Whataburger (because I love the chain), but pretty much regretted it. Service was slow and the tables were filthy. Food was good! Just unfortunate to go into a brand new Whataburger and the floors and booth walls are nasty, tables and chairs need cleaning. We're so thankful to have a Whatabirger in our town but would be so nice for the staff to show some pride for the new facilities. read more

I was so cared leading up to Christmas. Stopped here to grab a bite while traveling home to see my family and half people waiting on their food were not wearing masks. While I waited, masked, more people came in unmasked, including an employee. The employee walked in and stood behind the counter talking to others before grabbing a mask. I got COVID! I generally like this place in Snyder but we went there to get burgers. We both ordered cheeseburger meals. The staff was very kind. But, the burgers were COLD. I don't mean Luke warm. I mean cold. The cheese wasn't melted at all. In fact it was still cold. The burgers had obviously sat awhile and someone must have realized they were supposed to have cheese so slapped it on. Every time I have ordered 2 meals, they use a small bag, and smash the hell out of the burgers, completely flattening the buns. Pretty damn annoying after a long day at work. read more

This was the worst Whataburger I have ever been to in my life. And we love Whataburger. It took us 30 minutes to go thru the drive-through line with six cars in front of us. On top of that, our coffee came out cold. read more

Worst Whataburger property in their entire franchise. Falling apart, filthy, tiny bathrooms. It's one of only a handful in their franchise that isn't open 24 hours. Probably because their service is so awful. Yelling at each other & horseplay. Locals walk in & go in the back & do whatever back there. Manager always looks completely run over, disheveled, & overwhelmed. I've never seen anyone clean anything here. A long, long time to get your food. I'd give it 1 star but it's still Whataburger food, although at times it's not consistent with any other Whataburger restaurant. I'd suggest Whataburger shut it down & renovate it but the help would have it run down in no time. read more

Absolutely NOT a 24/7 restaurant. Drove to this location after driving all day from Arizona and wanted a quick bite to eat on the road. Saw this was open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Pulled off the exit, drove the 3 miles beyond the exit to this location just to find that this location was definitely NOT still open. So disappointed! read more
