A female waitress with glasses took our order and served us our appetizer and drinks, a male served us our meals a different female asked if we wanted another drink at the end of our meal, gave us our bill and a take out container for my husband's leftovers. She asked if everything was alright, I said no, my chicken was suppose to be grilled, her only response was I'll tell your server, no apology and our server never came back. Our bill was $80.10, I paid $81, only because I didn't have anything smaller than a dollar bill. Needless to say we won't be returning to this place ANYTIME in the near future and I'll happily tell everyone about my experience.

She would have made you re-make it. To top it off, it was left out of the order so I had to go back to tell them they forgot my cheese sticks and this is what I got! Crap! The checkout had a food plate, fork and knife along with drinks that were obviously being eaten by staff. The buffet food was dry, old and gross looking and dirty. Oh my goodness! If I hadn't already promised pizza to some boys I would have walked out and gone next door to Pizza Inn. I didn't have time because I had to get home. I kept praying these boys wouldn't get food poisoning. I couldn't get anyone to assist me when I went in. I couldn't figure out where the checkout was. I have never been in a Pizza Hut that was filthier or less organized than this one. I DO NOT recommend this gross filthy place. If I could give negative stars, I would. The manager needs to step up their game and start having hands on cleaning and teach their staff cleanliness. I can't express strongly enough how awful this place was.
