The manager was loud and rude and said, "What's wrong?!?" The cashier let her know that we were shorted fries. The manager insisted that what we received was "extra fries" because it was in a "small bag and not two minis". I don't know about her, but the amount of bags doesn't mean anything to me if they are empty. My husband showed her again what we received, and she stood by her initial claim that this was "extra fries". We reluctantly used points to get yet another "large" fry. Once to the car, without eating ANY, I counted the fries in one of the happy meals, and there was exactly 15. So, does this mean that Happy Meals usually come with seven fries?!? I think not. Our large fry was equally pathetic, and filled halfway at best. No use bringing it back, though. It's in a large container, so it must be a large, right? You judge from the pics. He implied that sometimes to avoid a wait, another preparation style is used with the grill in the "back" and this was the technique that was used to make my order.
