The texture was amazing and the cinnamon flavor was so delicious. For a "small" cup, the portion was huge. There's a few picnic benches behind the storefront to sit and eat your ice cream. There's outdoor seating as well, which makes it such a nice stop while walking around historic downtown Clinton. The owners are also incredibly warm and welcoming. You can tell how enthusiastic they are about the shop and how much they genuinely care about creating a place people want to come back to. That makes such a difference with a local, family-owned business. Another thing I didn't realize until recently is that Just Chill makes custom ice cream cakes and pies! You can choose your flavors and customize them with different toppings, sauces, candies, and more. Such a fun option for birthdays and celebrations. I prefer sitting at the counter and watching their magician, Tyler, assemble the food for orders, crack open the eggs, drop the pancake batter in the proper corner and keep all meats aligned for the plates. He's the king of that kitchen and each one of those servers is the queen doing the hustle, bustle, slide to the left, back up and move forward like square dancers on the move. From the Taylor ham, provolone and fried egg sandwich on that FRESH Kaiser roll to the omelette with those delicious home fries and my PEACH PANCAKE . . . . all of it was their special take on breakfast served their way. Almost 50 years, folks! Prices are absolutely reasonable for how the food is prepared and presented, quality ingredients cooked according to diners' specifications. What more can you ask for?
