Very small menu options and out of the 4 possibilities they were sold out of 2. So you can have a hot dog or chili dog. One employee was nice, the other clearly didn't want to be there. Wish we had gone somewhere else read more

Dairy Queen - Treat - Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Blizzard Cake - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Diamond, Illinois

only 1 item showed up from mobil order. and no sodas at all. bottle water was given instead.

On April 13th, I tried to take my mother to the drive-through of the DQ located in Diamond, IL at 3195 E Division St. The sign on the drive-through order screen said their hours were until 9 PM. It was 8:43. No one answered so I drove to the window and was told they were closed. I said it was not yet 9. Then an extremely angry older woman came to the window and screamed at me and said that they were closed and that I needed to "f*%$ off." My mother and I were beyond shocked. I reported this to Dairy Queen Corporate who sent me a mere $10 gift card and told me that the woman would not be terminated or disciplined. They think this is okay? Not acceptable! Do NOT go to this location. read more

I tried telling a girl that my order was wrong and she just closed the window in my face and walked away.

Shakes to thick and huge ball of ice cream at bottom. Should have asked for a spoon. Also kitchen was closed. And again at the end of my banana shake there was an Oreo. read more

First of all, I got two medium blizzards and my total was almost 14.00. I could have accepted that if I would have gotten what I ordered and not just a huge mess. We will start with the strawberry chocolate dipped blizzard. I was expecting something along the lines of chocolate dipped strawberry pieces in soft serv. What I got was hard chunks of waxy chocolate in soft serv that looked like it may have had strawberry puree added to it. Then I ordered a royal reeses brownie blizzard. What I got was no reeses, about 2 small squares of brownie, a ton of those nasty waxy chocolate slivers, and hot fudge going down the middle. Now for the service. Please give lids at drive thru. Nobody wants melted ice cream running all over their cup holder while driving home. You would think they could put them in a bag with lids, spoons, and napkins. You may get more business to make up for the cost of the lids, napkins, and bags if you had decent customer service. read more

This is such a weird Dairy Queen. Do not go here if you want something fried because they're apparently too small to have their whole menu. Lays chips replace fries in the meals and there are no burgers on the menu. The bacon ranch sandwich we had was flavorless despite having way too much sauce. My boyfriend and I were the only people there and they still forgot our sundae. The snack melts tasted fine! Overall a very strange experience. This specific DQ is definitely more of an ice cream place rather than a fast food place. read more

Very friendly workers. A small chocolate dipped cone costs $2.02, so bring pennies! Service seemed a tiny bit slow given that I was the only other customer in there with several employees working. The napkins on the tables were a little messy, which granted, is nit-picky (I mean, this is a DQ), but didn't look nice. read more

food was really good but you can't add peanut butter from the app for a easy experience but we added it in the notes and still didn't add peanut butter. read more

This is a LIMITED menu location. Meaning there is nothing fried offered here. This was not made clear to us when we ordered. Instead of French fries we received bags of Lays potato chips. Although there was not a limited price break. I still paid full fried price for 75 cent bag of potato chips. I also asked for a side of Mayo for my grilled chicken bites and did not receive it. Ice cream is good though. Very disappointed in lack of menu. The word "Limited" should be placed on the road sign on the Interstate so patrons are aware that this is more of a "snack shop". read more

Love this place awesome service. I always stock up on Cherry dilly bars when visiting my mother in law and bring the boxes home in a cooler lol. My son loves their banana shakes. read more

Dairy Queen - Treat - a hand holding a popsicle - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Diamond, Illinois

Well the hours should be honest 10am-835pm Cause they closed and locked the doors at 835pm. Giving us the "we're closed" mouthing along with the fingers across the neck motion to signal they're closed is bullshit. Watched the employees leave and they left the open sign on. Six other cars left either the front of the store or the drive thru from the time we got here to me finishing this review while getting gas. Bravo coal city. Bravo. read more

I only go through the drive thru here but I always get the iced and frozen coffees. They are fast and they are good. I love their coffee over McDonald's and even Starbucks and Duncan doughnuts. I love how sweet they make it, its just my cup of coffee lol read more

One can only give a place multiple chances before you give up. Last night was the straw that broke the camel's back. I attempted to go through the drive-thru but it was a fail. I pulled up to the speaker and was asked to wait a moment turned into 10 minutes literally then I pull up to the window and saw 6 people standing around 1 gentleman turned around and was totally surprised to see me. His response was "our headset must have gone dead". I said no a girl said that she be right with me at that point in time I saw that she picked up the headset that was sitting on the counter that she obviously took off her head. As they all started laughing about it. The gentleman offered to give me whatever I wanted for free but at that point in time, I'd be afraid to eat anything that they were making because who knows what they would do to it. I was not the only customer waiting in line behind me and there were multiple customers that drove off in the meantime also. I know from now on I will be taking my business to Braidwood Dairy Queen at least their employees take their job things seriously. read more

Ice cream shop tasted good. Shift manager couldn't make a simple ice cream cone! Three one away before giving us two that were falling over.

Very good customer service I received the wrong blizzard, no big deal! The woman was extremely nice and took my name for a free blizzard the next time I come in! Very polite and nice! I will be looking forward to doing business here for a long time to come. Very impressed! read more

Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been too. Gave it several chances and the verdict is still....run don't walk to a different one. First of all it's filthy. All the time. Always about 4 to 5 employees standing around when they could be cleaning up. I've watched them stand around when there is someone standing at the counter waiting to be waited on as well. Last time I went I got a blizzard and it was melted and it wasn't even hot out. Asked an employee a question and he said he didn't know but made no effort to find out. Also our order was wrong as well as someone else I was with. No excuse for this at all. Get it together. read more
