Wouldn't take a coupon directly from DQ app. Barely put any topping in the ice cream and when we brought it up he told us we had to pay $3 for a "second" scope. Really disappointed since I've frequented the store for years. Don't know if there's new ownership or what happened but it's really gone down hill. Will not be returning. read more

Consistently great soft serve items made quickly and as ordered. If something is not quite right, let Vinay know and he will make it right because he understands that it's not just about customer satisfaction but about customer delight. read more

Very quick service, however the blizzard was not mixed well, like lots of white, unflavored ice cream in the bottom. Parking lot is a little difficult and hopefully this DQ is next in line for some updated signage and such. read more

Dairy Queen Ltd Brazier - Very Cherry Chip BLIZZARD Treat - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

I'm pretty sure this location has contributed to the ten pounds I need to lose! All kidding aside, this is a favorite treat stop for my husband after work. He often brings home blizzards for us for dessert after dinner. I'm a huge fan of the butterfinger, the all chocolate one, and cotton candy flavors. He mixes it up more often than I do. Consistency is a big thing for me. This location does provide a great, delicious blizzard. However, there is always about two knuckles worth of vanilla ice cream at the bottom with no mix-ins. I'm usually okay with this because I love vanilla ice cream, but it would be nice for the blizzard to be mixed all the way. Overall, if you're looking for a quick treat and life blizzards, this isn't a bad place to stop. But if you enjoy a consistent taste from start to finish, you may want to stop elsewhere. read more

We stopped in briefly and asked to use the restroom, but were immediately met with attitude and were rudely scolded by the front desk staff for not making a purchase. The whole interaction felt incredibly unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I didn't realize needing to use a restroom could be treated like a crime. Definitely not the kind of energy that makes you want to stick around, let alone spend money. read more

We stopped by on our drive home and got the burger deal. It was great and reasonably priced. That was a surprise for a road warrior of many years. read more

We've always had great meals and desserts at this location. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and it's our go to spot for our favorite DQ hot eats and cool treats. read more

The store has a really bad gnat problem. My mom killed several while we were dining in. The employee who I spoke with was aware and said they started after a recent shipment. Very unpleasant experience. One landed in my niece's blizzard and another one on my spoon. I would avoid this location. read more

I was craving for a Reese Cup Blizzard, we were in the Symmes Township/Loveland area and stopped in this Dairy Queen. It is located in a busy intersection which is congested and parking is somewhat limited. Walked in and staff was friendly. I think $2.50 for a mini blizzard is alittle high. It was delicious, but better off going to Orange Leaf or Graeters. Inside looked old and could use alittle renovating/cleaning. read more

My bf and I recently went to get a large Butter Finger Blizzard and it wasn't as good as usual because the owner made it. When my bf came out and showed me what it looked like, it was pathetic on the Butter Finger toppings. He said as he walked up, the owner was sitting by the door and hurriedly walked over to make the Blizzard, even though the other employees were in there ready to do it. When the other employees make it, we've always had enough of our chosen Blizzard toppings in whatever we get there, but this time it was terrible. He basically put CRUMBS into our Blizzard! There were only 3 chunks of Butter Finger and all soft serve. It couldn't even be called a Blizzard! Extremely frustrating and a waste of money. We felt like we got ripped off. I tried stirring it more we got home as it melted, but the toppings where still crumbs! If this is what's going to happen every time we go, we won't go back. read more

Free ice cream to welcome the first day of Spring! What a great way to celebrate and raise some donations for Children's Hospital. Dairy Queen of course has a wide selection of yummy frozen treats including blizzards, shakes and ice cream cakes. But they also have a decent menu of food items. I was surprised to see their BBQ sandwich is offered on a pretzel bun.Not too shabby! I was also pleased to see pretzel sticks and queso on the menu....my guilty indulgence. I have only tried their ice cream but seeing their expanded menu will make me consider stopping here for a quick bite when I'm in the area. The staff was very friendly and quick with service. Kudos for keeping an abundance of napkins in the holders even with a steady stream of crowds on free cone day. Definitely will return to this DQ. read more

Not full menu. This location does not carry a full menu- particularly burgers. We have stopped several times after school for something to eat, but have been disappointed due to the limited menu items. read more

Poor service due to racism! My fiancé and I went on Saturday evening for a parfait and a shake. The customers were all social distancing so after placing our order we stood away from the counter. There were 3 employees (1 taking orders and 2 fulfilling orders) and several customers came into the store after us and placed orders at the counter. After a few minutes my parfait was completed. I saw the male employee in the process of making the shake. I went to the car as the parfait had no top/cover. After several minutes of waiting and seeing all of the other customers come in and leave my fiancé comes out without a shake. He said that after watching the young man start his shake, he kept stopping and completing the orders of other customers first. He explained and asked for a refund. The employee never apologized nor offered an explanation. I attempted to contact the manager later that evening and that young man answers the phone. After his greeting I asked to speak to the Manager he said 'why?'. I asked if I there was a problem with my requesting to speak to his manager and then he said that he wasn't there. I asked when he would be in store and got his name. My conversation with the manager was normal, he made excuses about online orders being dropped in the queue, difficulty finding experienced employees, etc. I told him that I thought that the treatment that my fiancé received was due to his being Black. He said that he would followup and get back to me. He contacted me this morning and shared that he talked to the staff about completing orders before starting new ones, etc. He also apologized for the unfulfilled order and offered coupons. I shared that it wasn't about free food as anyone going in could afford the ice cream. But, the point is that he didn't address the specific employee and racism. So sad, as we won't be going back to this location after being customers for over 11 years! 'Black Lives Matter' and we deserve respect even if it's the purchase of a milkshake or a Mercedes! read more

Ordered a chicken finger basket with fries, not busy food was hot. I ordered an extra gravy as my sauce. Got both gravies but problem was it wasn't gravy, like it is at other locations, it was Soup! Was it watered down? And on top of it charged me for the extra gravy. Shame on you! read more

Dairy Queens are sort of a dying breed around here, right? This one is well staffed, even when there's been a long line, they are really fast about turning orders around. Their freezer is always well stocked with dilly bars, cakes, etc. read more

Stopped in for a quick snack! Only 5 people in the store around lunchtime, but I had to wait at the counter for someone to come out and get my order. She was nice and quick with my order. However, by Blizzard was a little runny and definately could not have passed the upside down cup test. Freezer was nicely stocked and full. read more

I had enough time while waiting to start writing this review before I even ordered. You know that feeling when 30 seconds after walking in you can tell the experience is going to suck? It's 6:45 on Sat night and there are 2 people working, totally understaffed and the AC is broken. Just ordered 3 cones and that was a challenge for the girl at the counter to get correct. read more

It's sad that this DQ is so dirty now. Stopped in at 4:25 pm with two employees working and only two other people on the store. None of the tables had been bussed. Chairs were pushed everywhere... Some of the refrigeration isn't working... the front counter was in disarray. Neither of the employees did any cleaning while I was there... they just stood around. read more

Dairy Queen Ltd Brazier - a table and chairs in a restaurant - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

We've had so many issues with this location. Firstly, my son went to go buy him and his sister some ice cream but I forgot to put money on his card for it. My son's card was denied and he went back to his car to see if he had some cash in there. My daughter stayed inside and was very nervous as she is young, and she heard the people behind the counter say that they expected him not to be able to pay just by the looks of him. She didn't say anything in the moment out of fear but said something after they returned home. On another visit I myself went and the employees were just very rude in general. They were talking so much with a costumer that already ordered and had sat down that I couldn't order and had to wait until I finally spoke up. He didn't even acknowledge me! I ordered two blizzards and fries and they made the blizzards before the fries so they melted before I even got the fries. I placed my order to go and I asked for lids and she acted like it was the hardest thing she could ever be asked for. Then she only grabbed one lid for my two blizzards. This time I just grabbed my own since she was unresponsive to me. We haven't had an positive experience here even after being customers for 7 years. read more

Hahaa I've been here a few times,l..... And for my 23ed they told me they were closed..... Obviously I thought it was a joke. Clearly not, they always suck and close before they say it. read more

Line was out the door, but the young dude at the counter slammed out orders with accuracy and a legit cup flip. Even made sure other young dude got my girlfriend's smoothie right. A+, young dude #1, A+. read more

I had no time to wait in line so bought box of Buster Bars which are made in the store. First..a little "sticker shock" as 6 bars costed more than 10 bucks. But I could past that...$1.65 each...and they are little sundaes on a stick with fudge and nuts. However...these were so poorly made they literally were just ice cream and a chocolate shell with not even one teaspoon of fudge and a few peanut halves. What a freakin rip off.!! This was not isolated to one bar. All six were this cheaply made...clearly deliberate. There is absolutely no way these were made to any DQ standard. In my opinion there are too many local options to shop at this Dairy Queen again. read more

Diary Queen will always have great ice cream. Great blizzards, and great sundaes. I recently tried one of their $5 lunches with some friends, and was a little underwhelmed. It was good and it gave a decent amount of food. During my visit service was slow, and they forgot my sundae (part of the $5 lunch) and when I asked for it, the employee seemed irritated and annoyed. The lunch menu is small, but as an ice cream majority establishment I won't hold that against them. If I was rating as an ice cream place alone, it would rank as one of the top 10. As for the food, not bad at all, good portions, and a good value. read more

Very quick service and the ice cream tastes good, but the kids who work here need to step up their customer service. I asked for a Blizzard to-go and the girl at the counter handed me the Blizzard with no lid. I politely asked for a lid and she looked like I had asked her to do something impossible. I said I wanted it to-go when I ordered, just give me a lid. I'll definitely be back though. I love Dairy Queen! read more

Ah! The Dariy Queen! Home of the blizzard, which is delicious and honestly so is the food for the price. It's not anything special but cheap, the ice cream however in my opinion is very overpriced. I could see if they were the only ice cream joint around but I live in Cincinnati and in the Queen City we have not only Graeters but UDF as well! And if you know anything about either of those they are king around these parts. None the less DQ is solid and The Blizzard is never a bad choice. read more

Five stars for the really in depth Blizzard conversation I had today with the employee. This guy knew his stuff and gave me all sorts of information on what seasonal Blizzards are and aren't coming back next year. This guy was so nice and welcoming that I'm going to try this Dairy Queen for lunch one day. That's right, I'm actually going to go to a Dairy Queen for food instead of dessert. read more

Absolute worst experience ever at a Dairy Queen! 3 teenage girls working acting 5 years old. There were several customers in the store, they continually made vomit noises behind the counter. There was an older couple who packed up their food and left. After the 3rd time they were asked to stop and I did tell them that their behavior was rude as hell especially since they had customers in the store. It stopped after that, but as soon as we were heading out the door it started again and got louder as we went out. I don't know what's wrong with teenagers but this will be the last time I go in that store. To make matters worse I had my grandson with me. There seems to be a lot of negative reviews about this one store, it might be time for management to address it or you may not have a store in business to worry about much longer. read more

The place was very dirty. I don't think we will go back. As soon as you walk in it smelled like over cooked oil. The back kitchen was trashed. It was like college kids cooking but didn't put anything away or clean up. The front counter has dirty napkins and straws. The tables were cleaned. I regret not walking out. read more

This place will never get my business ever again. If you wanna gain customers, please re-train your employees. My bf got there and want a mini icecream and they misheard a medium size. The guy that served was rude as hell, he rudely said "i thought you want a medium" and following by some shitty talk. Poor quality icecream and bad customer service! read more
