I sincerely hope the owner of this particular DQ reads and accepts the constructive criticism I am about to share. My boys and I coke to this location since our clear lake one closed down unexpectedly. Every time I have been here for the last 6 months, which is usually once a month, I receive absolutely horrific customer service and at least one or more things we wish to order are out or no longer available. A DQ that isn't of ice cream is beyond ridiculous. I have never once been met with a friendly greeting inside or at the drive thru here. Please do something about this. Went to the night shift to order a blizzard. Arrived to the window and the young lady didn't say hello or anything. She just spoke the total of the blizzard. She proceed to give my husband the card. I said why don't you greet my husband. cashier employee by the name of MC said what else was I supposed to say. I asked for the manager and she replied and said the same. girl at the window was annoying and passive aggressive af. charged me like $16 for a 6 piece and small fries and small drink. I changed it to 4 piece and it was still $14. changed to kids meal and it was $11. When I got the food I had more fingers on my hand than fries in whatever they wrap the fries in, quite literally, so it felt like a little waste of money and like I should have left when I first picked up on the passive aggressiveness. She made a snide comment to me at the window which I ignored due to me having a family member on the phone. Pretty lucky for her if you ask me. Always love my Blizzard from DQ. Restrooms are kinda clean, womens restroom toilet seat is loose and too small. I Walked around the corner after leaving the drink station and a staff member and I ended up at the same spot, I said, 'I'm sorry excuse me' She gave me a Rude look and walked around me. Laziest dairy queen weve been too. They never have ice cream apparently. Its always a 10-15min wait for it to be ready. The bad service we get every time from different staff members. Fast food places in my area have fallen so badly that I was looking for some alternative, and I remembered DQ. I am SO so glad we did! The burger I ordered (Hungerbuster?) was hot and fresh and delicious. Just like in the old days. I have not enjoyed a hamburger that much since I don't know when. My wife agreed. We were so excited to find good tasting hamburgers. I also ordered the Steak Fingers as a backup. They were great also, but I had to save them for later. My malt was great! Everything was very good. I loved this whole experience and I will definitely be going back soon. Man, that was some good eating. What a nice change from all the other junky fast food I've been getting lately. Little girl working the drive through cut me off in the middle of my order and thought it was funny when I asked her not to cut me off and then lied and said she couldn't hear me when I called them out for going silent and refusing to take my order anymore. You can't hear me but ask "anything else" in the middle of me talking? I'm in the service industry. You don't laugh at a customer when they tell you you were rude. If you can't grasp that concept, pick a different job where you don't work one on one with the public. And then to get on her headset and get an attitude with me when I ask the other person who was taking my order why she cut me off and then refused to take my order....real nice Dairy Queen. The dude burger is the best thing on the menu. It's always made to order so it's not soggy or cold when I get it. It's seriously a great place to get the dude from. I ordered my cup of ice and small fri at the speaker and when i pulled up to the window the lady that took my money was smiling and so friendly. When i got ready to drive off , im assuming it was owner,absolutely made my day. I have never been so pleased at a drive thru restraunt as i was to day.Most supervisors, owners could care less but whatever roll he operates under at DQ he's rare and a must keep! Sucky ice-cream, blizzards are okay but their Sunday's suck!! They have very few limited fountain drink options. Restaurant is very small and cramped inside. Drive to a super narrow and small and is blocked off us to trap you in and inescapable if you do not wish to order. My mother went in there to get a double meat burger through the drive-through she gets to her home sits down and sees that it's a chicken sandwich she did not want to chicken sandwich so she called the Restaurant and told them I'm sorry you gave me the wrong order my son is on his way from that area can you please give him the sandwich and I'll throw this one away they told her no she would have to bring back the food because she's not that far anyways it doesn't matter how far you are y'all messed up I was nearby give her what she ordered they said that they could give her a single made if she came back not the one she ordered for $10 which was a double me I walk in I showed him a picture of the sandwich and the receipt and the woman was like like I told her on the phone I wasn't going to do anything about it her name with Karen she was very rude also they were speaking in Spanish which I don't have a problem With i am Hispanic but don't talk shit about me So the number she gives me she showed me in the book but it's a medical alert bracelet number not one 800 Dairy Queen so I find the number on the phone I tell them the situation and I said is your name Karen and then she's like I wrote on the paper don't come at me that way I am not being rude to you this is not that kind of issue you need to quit being rude and you need to be fired because you do not know how to treat people so I called corporate and I'm waiting for their call which I doubt they would call back if you ever eat at this restaurant beware of Karen and he's awful employees they probably don't even wash their hands so will never go back again read more
