We went to get a treat since my daughter had 2 teeth pulled and could only have soft food/ice cream. We waited at the speaker for a good 5 minutes. Mind you, this location was not busy at all at the time (11:30am). So since no one was at the window, i pulled up to the window where I continued to wait an additional 10 minutes or so with a newborn in the car. A lady kept taking orders and kept looking at me through the window but never acknowledged me waiting there. She took about 4 orders in the drive through line while I continued to wait to place my order. She then came over to the window and I explained to her nicely how we had been waiting the whole time she was taking orders. All she did was take my order and ask me to pull around the building so other people could get the food they ordered before me lol. This is subpar service. read more

The service here was horrendous when I came here. The lady never turned off her headset at the drive thru, so I never knew if she was talking to me, talking to the car in front of the window, or talking to her coworker. She took so long, we nearly waited 15 minutes. She never reconfirmed my order, so because of that she handed us the completely wrong item, and we had to wait even longer for them to make the correct one. Came in on the fly. Service was awesome food was fresh and made for us not stuff just waiting out back. The entire staff was extremely kind and on point. Ms. Nafeesa was able to offer a military discount to my family and every bite of the food was amazing! We are not around here often but I will certainly make sure to return!! I ordered a small strawberry cheesecake blizzard and I did not receive a fresh one, instead I received a frozen blizzard that was sitting on the freezer. It was probably a blizzard a customer returned and they wanted to save money. I decided to give this place another try and found a long hair hidden inside my burger. And tonight they did not give us the advertised special price of the Buy 1 Blizzard Get 1 for 80 cents. Honestly I've been a lot of dairy queens but this was not great. So we were hungry and decided to stop to eat here. So we ordered just two burgers right? It was 25 minutes and we still haven't received our food. We asked them if the food in the to go bag was ours? They said no it was for the drive through. Turns out the lady was wrong and our food was in a to go bag and they didn't apologize and our food was cold and soggy. No apology or re made our burgers. This place has the worst service. The manager looked sullen to downright pissed off that he was being asked to give out free ice cream for donations to their sponsored charity. Granted, the people I saw ahead of us were not donating, but we did right before he refused to sell us lunch. When I tried to order the $5 lunch special that was listed directly underneath the promotion for the ice cream cones, he lied to my face about me needing to print out something to redeem the offer. The Dairy Queen website neither stated that nor did it provide a coupon for me to print out and bring in to a participating location. This was the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. I ordered a fish sandwich combo and the fish was burnt and extremely smaller than the bun. I asked the woman in the kitchen to remake my sandwich and she did, but instead of tarter sauce on my sandwich it was I think creamy Italian dressing or the tarter sauce was spoiled. I needed to get back to work so I went up to the counter to get my money back and the restaurant owner yelled at me and snatched my drink out of my hand. Customer service was terrible!! read more

Food was to par for DQ, but it took an extraordinary amount of time to get it and they were not busy.

Amazing renovation and great taste! I'm defiantly coming back :) yum! Was a little weary about coming here at first since the reviews were so negative. We didn't feel rushed at the menu at all. And we didn't even have to get up for our order, the manager brought it out to us and everything. Nicely prepared and absolutely delicious.
