The amount of people that come here and have to wait with no customer service given is crazy. They need to fire everybody and start over because nobody cares to answer questions or help at all. I see a lot of negative reviews about this location (granted that's kind of expected from any McDonalds if we're being honest) so take my word with a grain of salt, but I have to say this is probably the best location I've been to thus far. As of recent, the morning crew has always been polite, efficient and is the only location where the the drive-thru operator actually asked me if I was going to use my mobile app (which I was). It took me 30 seconds to pull up my code, all the while about 3-4 cars in the other line already moved up (which doesn't normally happen at other locations, having both lines backed up) I come here most mornings on my commute to work and it's always fast service, fresh food and hot coffee. read more

The coffees were right next to her. They almost have yogurt parfaits in the morning because their is "only one kitchen lady working." I stopped by too get a iced coffee and what I saw was disturbing. Almost 90% of the staff working with food did not have gloves on!!!! #1 we are in the flu season #2 it's just not sanitary because I don't know if they wash their hands. I saw a young guy ask a lady for a hash brown and she grabbed it and her fingers were on the hash brown with no gloves!!! Maybe they get in the way or I i dont know but please don't handle someone else's food with no gloves!!!! I hope management sees so they can buy gloves for their staff!! Can't ever get a good meal out of this place. Both morning and afternoon food is always cold or they forget to give you something. You at inside and flies attack you for your food. I am much obliged to be the first reviewer of this sh!thole. If I was just reviewing the daytime crew, they'd get 4 stars. This is more like a warning for anyone who might want to visit in the early evening through the night. The children that were hired for this night crew have provided me with the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's. On almost every occasion I've ordered something both through the drive-thru and inside, my food was made wrong. Now, I don't think it's the person taking the order because on the drive-thru I can clearly see what I've ordered on their screen and it's correct. It must be the people on the grill. They're utterly incompetent. Last night, my husband and I decided to give them a try after not visiting since January because they made our food wrong. This is the closest McDonald's to us, like literally in our neighborhood, which is why we even bother coming. But no more, I assure you. Last night, my husband ordered the new double fish filet sandwich with no tartar and a mcdouble (doesn't that sound stupid?) with only cheese and onions. He's highly allergic to pickles. We were on our way back home when he said, better check the sandwiches. The fish sandwich had tartar sauce and the mcdouble had everything on it. Went back and he went inside to attempt to calmly tell them basically 'you could've killed me.' The manager this time didn't know English AT ALL. So maybe you can get somewhere if they eff up and you speak fluent Spanish.
