Their menu is extensive, but the service was slow. There were many high schoolers dressed up for dinner. Give Aaron B. a gold start. My wife was trying to decide between a turkey burger and a veggie burger. Aaron mentioned that the veggie burger may come apart, so my wife went with the turkey burger. It was good. I had a Stella Artois and the Ribeye. The beer was on tap. The Ribeye was tasty with perfectly cooked string beans, and mashed potatoes. It was good. I was too full for cheesecake. Aaron B gets the gold star because, after I gave a 20% tip, he noticed I left my tablet (that I am now writing the review) on the table, and rushed out to give it to me. this would be a 4 star review, but his help makes me give it 5 stars. My picture of my ribeye did not come out well, so I will not share it.

1 STAR -- Birthday Dinner That Fell Flat…read more I visited The Cheesecake Factory on Sunday for a birthday dinner, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had there. We started with Long Island Iced Teas, Buffalo Blasts, and nachos. The Buffalo Blasts tasted like they had been fried in old, overused grease, and the nachos were honestly a mess. Even the guacamole was burnt. At one point, I told the host it was okay and that she could just leave the burnt guacamole on the plate. Instead, while I was still eating my appetizer, she came over, took a fork and knife, and literally removed it from my plate anyway. I found that extremely rude and unnecessary, especially after I had already told her to leave it alone. Then came the entrees. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta--the viral TikTok dish--with Angel Hair pasta instead, along with the Chicken Costoletta (hopefully I'm saying that correctly ). The chicken on my Cajun pasta was SO over-fried and tasted like it had been cooked in old grease. It was bad enough that I had to send the entire dish back. And just to be clear, I barely ate any of it before sending it back. When the replacement came out, the dish normally comes with two chicken breasts, but this time I was given one. So now I'm thinking... was the second chicken breast part of the apology package that never arrived? At that point, the entire experience had gone downhill. For a birthday dinner, I expected much better from The Cheesecake Factory. Between the poor-quality food, the overcooked/greasy chicken, the appetizer issues, and the service interaction, this visit was a major disappointment. I've eaten at The Cheesecake Factory before and know they can do much better, which honestly made this experience even more frustrating. Overall: the food was poorly executed, the service left a lot to be desired, and the birthday dinner was definitely NOT giving birthday dinner. Hopefully this was just a bad night, because based on this visit alone, I wouldn't be rushing back.

We ended up ordering two large subs and a large fry and the staff member was friendly as they took our order. It didn't take too long before they were ready and we took them straight home to enjoy. The large sandwiches were bigger than we expected and we only finished half, we're excited to enjoy the leftovers later. My husband had the cheesesteak sandwich and I had a hot Italian and we enjoyed them a lot. The fries weren't the best we've had at Penn Station, maybe they had been sitting for a bit? A bit disappointing. There is plenty of parking in the lot and they do have seating inside if you'd like to dine in.
