I had a bowl of the veggie soup and a cheeseburger with the works. The soup was delicious, was tomato based with a bunch of veggies. The restaurant was very clean, and there is plenty of parking in the strip mall. Service was friendly. All of the servers pitched in and helped out, so we were never without drink refills. Unfortunately, our burgers were over cooked and dry. They also lacked seasoning. A little salt would have done wonders. They do have a wide variety of toppings and creative combinations. All of our toppings tasted very fresh. The burger should be the star at a burger joint. Instead, our toppings were the star. We have found other great burgers over the last few years. I think we'll stick with those and pass on a future visit to Bones.

Ambiance, there really isn't any, just standard bbq joint feel. The "server" Shanae acted like she was doing us a favor taking our order. Completely disinterested. Stood playing on her phone most of the time we were there (30 minutes). Unenthusiastic food delivery when your number is called. Never asked anybody how things were or offered any greeting when people came or left. I'd come here before McDonald's, but can't say I'd really recommend it to anyone. Could be a good mid price food joint but to be treated like you're a distraction from TikTok, may as well hit the drive through for a few dollars less.

People said prices were expensive, the double cheese burger was $11x fries were a $2 add on. Pretty average pricing. Now the food. Honestly overhyped. The burger was alright, just an average burger not much else to say. I think the burger sauce needs more flavor, maybe crispier lettuce. I asked for no tomato on the website but it came with it. I asked in special instructions for Cajun on fries if possible, they were plain. Peoples said the fries were average and they were right, they need a seasoning. Wow sauce was a savor but that's just a canes rip off. For the price probably wouldn't get it again, but want to come back and try the wings before I make any final decisions! Gf - I got the chicken basket, I guess they were trying to make the fries healthier with sea salt, but they weren't crunchy or flavorful. The chicken was good and flavorful, nice with honey bbq. Toast was so soft, almost soggy but would get again. All in all, I say there are better burger places, chicken is good, don't get the fries, and I'm looking forward to trying the wings.

The food wasn't greasy at all! Fries were crispy (the taste reminded my fiancé of Arby's curly fries), the mozz sticks were crispy and stringy, the chicken tenders were very moist but nothing special about their taste, and the burger 1 and burger 3 were flavorful and tasty (no sauce on either burger). The burger meat didn't seem super high quality but they season it well and the buns were fresh and fluffy. Service was friendly. A handful of tables were pretty dirty but overall it was decent inside, not gross.
