This is literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to! We waiting on line for 37 minutes. It's 8:00pm (they are open till 11:00pm) and they are out of brown rice, chicken, and steak. The beans look like they are concrete and the queso was nasty! The guy making my daughter's bowl literally left in the middle of her order to go hang out on the kitchen with the rest of the staff not doing anything!! The place was beyond disgusting. I have complained to the manager at this location and corporate at least 3 times and I have never gotten a single response. How in the world does something get this bad?!! read more

Food was good as always, even after reheating. Service is always nice, and they're pretty efficient with the lines. However, the online order portions are seriously a joke. Multiple Chipotle employees have told me that they are told by managers and higher ups to cheap out on the online portions as there's no pressure to give the customer a good amount because you're not face to face with them absolutely ridiculous. Placed an order at 4:20 to pick up at 4:40. Sat in the parking lot until 4:48 - restaurant was EMPTY and the app didn't even indicate my order was started. I went inside and 4 people were standing at the back door smoking together. One guy came to me, reeking of weed and told me my order wasn't ready yet (clearly), I asked why... since the restaurant was empty... the guy was annoyed and rude. I didn't want any of them making my food, so I asked if the guy at the main counter could make it and he said no. One of the girls came in from outside and made the burrito. The tortilla was completely stale, so dry it cracked when we unwrapped it. Store needs some management to babysit these kids. Ridiculous! read more

Came in around 8 PM. By far the most brutal chipotle I have ever been to in my life, and I've been to many chipotles. The counters looked like they haven't been wiped down all day. The poor guy in front of me was already halfway through his order or else I think he would have bailed out too. The guy preparing the food told the man in front of me they were completely out of steak and barbacoa. When asking for white rice, they were completely out. None working, none at the mobile order station. I let them know that it's brutal that they can't provide a bowl at 8PM and leave as the workers who looked high as shit laugh and joke about the below mediocre customer service they provide. Coming here was a horrible experience. The customer service was terrible and the place was insanely unsanitary. The employees were rude and not very focused on their job, along with poor communication between the employees, as when i went to pay the cashier wasn't informed by fellow employees of what was in my order. Not only did the line server NOT double wrap my food in foil when it was still not fully covered, but he also tossed my food across the counter towards the cashier and the open portion touched the counter, and the abundance of food that was scattered across the counter. It's understandable if there is a stray piece of food every once in a while... but their workspace was completely covered and food and quite frankly disgusting. The mess was spread across the entirety of the counter, even to the credit card machine. One of the employees "cleaned" the counter with a rag that just spread the food around and didn't actually clean anything up. A lot of the buckets of food had other foods crossed into each other. Not only was the counter absolutely disgusting and unsanitary but the bathroom and the tables were dirty as well. Employees were being hostile by slamming dishes and throwing multiple peoples food. This location is struggling, I've reached out to corporate twice in an effort to help the franchise. My first issue was my burrito bowl was a 10/10 on salt level and inedible. I salvaged what I could as it was a to go order. Second visit (almost back to back) the overly salty seasoning was back, but in addition to that the fajitas were gone and the staff was making no effort to cook any replacements. The scraps that were left on the station were burned beyond recognition and pretty much charcoal. Corporate really needs to help this location work out it's inconsistencies. read more

The food was ok. It didn't taste the way it usually does. What bothered me was that the restaurant was absolutely filthy. All of the tables were smeared with cheese and food. The bathroom stunk as if there was something bad in the garbage (which was overflowing). The floors were filthy everywhere. I could see back in the kitchen area there was food squashed on the floor. What's more is they were not busy, There was no line and the employees didn't seem to be in any hurry for anything. The area where the Tobacco, napkins and silverware needed badly to be stocked and it was also in need of a wipe. I've worked in restaurants and give people grace, but this was just gross. It even smelled disgusting over in the hall by the restrooms (not like someone had just gone to the bathroom, but just DIRTY.) Then a female employee came out of the restroom without washing her hands. The toilet flushed and she came out almost immediately, and the sink was dry. This is the worst Chipotle in the world. They consistently refuse to listen to our orders because they make zero eye contact to engage and pay attention to the customers. On top of that most of the employees are rude teenagers who give everyone an attitude as they're ordering and act like we are inconveniencing them. Most of the time we get our lunch from here the food is over seasoned and too salty compared to the other chipotles and the guacamole is usually brown. It's a shame this place is so awful because it's close to where we live but we won't ever be back __*****UPDATE*****__ So we DID go back to see if there were any changes - for a couple weeks things were MUCH better!! Everyone was way nicer, the restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. HOWEVER today things went back to the old ways... the server didn't listen to us, the food wasn't edible because it was so salty (we had to sadly throw it out, waste of money) and the napkin and fork area was dirty and there was no plastic ware to take home with our meal.
