This is probably one of the nicest Tabo Bell locations I've been to. Very clean store, and very quick and friendly service!

The food is great for the price and will be good. The service is fast and the workers are nice and friendly. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and pleasant. It's a great place to get a quick meal if you're on a time crunch or to take a date. The food is amazing and overall it always slaps. The only thing is the limited time only menu items will always play with your feelings. The food will never let you down. :) read more

Food was okay. Forgot to add the Guacamole and the Chipotle sauce i paid extra for on my Crunch wrap supreme, in which also was as flat as a piece of paper. Tasted like it too. The grilled cheese burrito was okay, but the quesadilla was barely grilled and the cheese hadn't melted, but just stuck down. If you're reading this review, I would recommend going anywhere else. Easily the worst Taco Bell that I've ever seen. More then half of our order was wrong. I'll run down the list. The cheesy potatoes had hardly any potatoes. Cheesy roll ups were just filled with cold shredded cheese. Not even melted. No sauce on items that called for it. One item had one piece of chicken and barely any cheese. Their steamer was down so they had to refund us part of the order and change one of the items to something different. No big deal. Except I didn't receive those items either. This Taco Bell, located right outside Kings Island, I'll bet turns into a mad house when the park lets out at night. I can imagine a lot of park goers wanting their Taco Bell fix after spending the day at the park. Overall it's a decent location. I would say that their seating set-up is a bit wonky. Their table options are either high tops..or low tops. Low tops as in the table comes up to about where your chair starts. Very odd..I can't see anybody being really comfortable with that kind of table. Maybe it's meant for more of a lounging eating experience..but I thought it was just weird. It also makes it difficult if you're there with a kid that needs a high chair..with the high tops being too high and low tops being too low to accommodate one. On top of that, the dining room area was pretty messy the afternoon we visited. It looked like it hadn't been gone over in a while..the garbage cans were all either close to full or overflowing. Now that the not so great stuff is out of the way..let me point out a couple things that were good. The service was great. The person at the register was friendly and got every detail of our orders correctly entered. The food came out super fast and it was all accurate. Also, it was so fresh! Like it seriously might be the freshest Taco Bell I've ever had. Everything was piping hot. I ordered two Frito Burritos and they were excellent. All ingredients were evenly proportioned throughout the burrito. They were hot and the Frito's were nice and crisp. I also ordered two Cool Ranch Doritos tacos..again, the meat was hot and flavorful, the cheese was evenly proportioned, the Cool Ranch shell tasted fresh and delicious. I finished off my meal with two orders of nachos, and once again, the chips were fresh, and the cheese was hot and plentiful. Overall some of the better food I've had at any Taco Bell of recent memory. So yeah, outside of the odd seating and slight uncleanliness, this was a very decent location. Going by food standards, one of the better ones. I would for sure stop by here again after spending the day at Kings Island. The drive-thru might be the best way to go tho. read more

This was horrible service. Asked for a receipt, received attitude for asking, then give a receipt where the color was half on, couldn't read and didn't even have a total on it. Then proceeded to ask for a new one and lady at the window said she can't do it and then said are u gonna take ur food or not after we already paid, then we asked for store manager or supervisor or general manager and proceeded to tell us she was the manager and we asked for her name and she told us word for word "it's none of your business" and then we drove off. Got back home and discovered she was given the completely wrong order. I took the bag back to the store inside, and talked to what appeared to be a manager type. I started explaining the the order was wrong, and she stated "wrong order"? So she knew what had happen. She took my receipt and went back to remake the order. OMG... I write a lot of reviews for places but this Taco Bell literally takes the cake on being the worst at everything. I think United airlines has better customer service than this place. I try to be very simple with all of my orders. This last time all I wanted was 4 chips and two sides of nacho cheese. I got 2 chips and 4 sides of nacho cheese. The line was 7 cars deep and the girl didn't give me a receipt. What sucks for me is that I have a girlfriend who loves freaking Taco Bell's nachos and cheese and I gotta go to the place more than I would want to. This location messes up my order, literally, every single time. Then I have to go back around through the drive thru and it takes another 30 minutes of waiting to fix my order. I have stopped getting my order fixed once I pull out of line, and I just take the survey and call it a day. The food is hit or miss. Avoid at all costs! You have been warned. Worst Taco Bell ever! Nachos Belle Grande was almost just chips. Only had about 1/4 of the toppings that are normally on it. Also all four of our crunchy tacos were broken. Not just slightly broken, but badly broken. And the fillings in the tacos were all over the bottom of the bag (very little in the tacos). Haven't been through Taco Bell in years and thinking there is a reason why. We pull up to the speaker, the voice says "we can't take any orders our computers are down. If you want to wait in the parking lot for about 20 min, we maybe can help You, that's how long the computers usually take" then continued to make rude comments as we were stuck there through the speaker. Comments such as "it's a blessing we can't take your order" or "this is the 21st century, we don't use pen and paper anymore" We couldn't get out of line, it's single car with a curb on both sides. We pull up to the window, she opens it and tells us to "get gone" as we asked to speak to a manager about the rude comments made through the speaker she said "I am one" as she was getting a fountain drink, put a lid on it and said "this is mine, not yours!" And proceeded to tell us she "WAS the manager and could speak to us anyway she wanted!" Slammed the window. Maybe this behavior would have been a little more expected from a teenager, however this was a 40 yr old something woman I'm guessing. I wish yelp would let me upload a video of this event, watching it is quite comical and maybe a little disbelief of just how angry she's being. Avoid Mason Ohio Store: 5418 Kings Center Dr, Mason, OH. Been two weeks and no response from company, Two weeks and no contact back from Taco Bell or Franchisee. I have not been to Taco Bell in 15 years, but heard some great comments about your breakfast, so decided to try it When I walked in, there was no one in sight, so I moved further into the store and looked over the 5 door counter so I could see into the food prep area. What I saw next is very appalling, an associate (manager) was filling the cheese container from a large bag, she reach down with no gloves on and grabbed a large handful of cheese. She then proceeded to place the food and her fingers in her mouth. She could not fit all the cheese in her mouth, so she threw it back in the cheese container, some of which was pulled out of her mouth. At that moment she realized I saw what she did and ran to the back to hide. I yelled back that I'm leaving, but I'd first like to speak to the manager. A different associate came up to the front and said it was the manager that threw the cheese from her mouth back into the cheese container. I heard the manager yell up to me that she was sorry, but never showed her face. It was the most disgusting act I have ever witness at a restaurant and at that it was the manager. To make things worse I saw no action from the hiding manager to remove the cheese container, she ran away from the situation. I should have contacted the health department. All I can think about is what if she is spreading the flu or worse has cold sores (herpes virus). read more

I arrived at 4:55pm on 3-13-18. My order wasn't taken until 5:29pm in the drive thru. I didn't receive my order until approximately 5:40pm. When handed my order I didn't receive my drink and the order was missing an item. When mentioning this to the team member, he shut the drive thru window and said "oh my god" in a very frustrated manner. There were three cars in line in front of me when I arrived. The fact that nothing was done compensatory for this ridiculous service is mind boggling. I have NEVER experienced such a long wait at a Taco Bell. Having operated many restaurants myself, I can't believe it is that difficult to make the food items and serve people in a more prompt fashion, even if I were working by myself. We went to Taco Bell at 11:00pm and they close at 12am we waited in the line for 20 minutes and they served the cars In front of us and just stopped at us at 11:20. There was multiple other cars that had been waiting and when we got out and looked to see if anyone was in there we saw 2 coworkers making out in the parking lot and 2 men in the back of the kitchen saw us and wouldn't serve us or talk to us or any other person in the line.
