Nachos Bellgrande!! Kicked up a notch
    Dave S.

Always very slow here no matter if wrapped around the building drive thru or two cars. But today was not too bad. But charged us to have sides items that was included in nachos grande box out on the side. Food is not consistent all the time and some lady a month ago tried to limit me to one pack of sauce per item. Crazy and she debated back had a bad attitude.

    Cheese cold and not melted

If you're reading this review, I would recommend going anywhere else. Easily the worst Taco Bell that I've ever seen. More then half of our order was wrong. I'll run down the list. The cheesy potatoes had hardly any potatoes. Cheesy roll ups were just filled with cold shredded cheese. Not even melted. No sauce on items that called for it. One item had one piece of chicken and barely any cheese. Their steamer was down so they had to refund us part of the order and change one of the items to something different. No big deal. Except I didn't receive those items either. But don't worry they did try and give us the car behind us's order. ‍ The entire time we were sitting there waiting, one of the employees was sitting on the cash register playing with his phone.

Lobby not open. No sign to let you know. Quesadilla was not cut through.................

Old food that's basically inedible. I was excited the brought back the fries, but there were very little not even a full bag and only 5 edible fries, the rest hard as rocks. My son's quesadilla was cold and seemed like it had been sitting for a long time as well.

This Taco Bell, located right outside Kings Island, I'll bet turns into a mad house when the park lets out at night. I can imagine a lot of park goers wanting their Taco Bell fix after spending the day at the park. Overall it's a decent location. I would say that their seating set-up is a bit wonky. Their table options are either high tops..or low tops. Low tops as in the table comes up to about where your chair starts. Very odd..I can't see anybody being really comfortable with that kind of table. Maybe it's meant for more of a lounging eating experience..but I thought it was just weird. It also makes it difficult if you're there with a kid that needs a high chair..with the high tops being too high and low tops being too low to accommodate one. On top of that, the dining room area was pretty messy the afternoon we visited. It looked like it hadn't been gone over in a while..the garbage cans were all either close to full or overflowing. Now that the not so great stuff is out of the way..let me point out a couple things that were good. The service was great. The person at the register was friendly and got every detail of our orders correctly entered. The food came out super fast and it was all accurate. Also, it was so fresh! Like it seriously might be the freshest Taco Bell I've ever had. Everything was piping hot. I ordered two Frito Burritos and they were excellent. All ingredients were evenly proportioned throughout the burrito. They were hot and the Frito's were nice and crisp. I also ordered two Cool Ranch Doritos tacos..again, the meat was hot and flavorful, the cheese was evenly proportioned, the Cool Ranch shell tasted fresh and delicious. I finished off my meal with two orders of nachos, and once again, the chips were fresh, and the cheese was hot and plentiful. Overall some of the better food I've had at any Taco Bell of recent memory. So yeah, outside of the odd seating and slight uncleanliness, this was a very decent location. Going by food standards, one of the better ones. I would for sure stop by here again after spending the day at Kings Island. The drive-thru might be the best way to go tho.

Tacos with barely anything in them this Taco Bell is a rip off

I once waited 33 minutes in the drivethrough, lol. There were only six cars ahead of me. It was pretty disturbing.

We have been to many Tex Mex places over the years, and Condado is pretty good…read more Their tacos have your choice of different shells. Hard shell, soft, double decker with cheese, chorizo, soft on hard, hard on soft, you name it. What they put in the tacos are also good, from Korean BBQ to shrimp. On this trip, we got a K BBQ bowl and three tacos. Ooey gooey, k BBQ, and shrimp. The service was fast and friendly, though I suppose for lunch there were more Doordashers than there were diners. As a result, the place was pretty empty, but otherwise very airy and comfortable space. Their bathrooms are funny. On the door of men's was painted "No Exit." Anyway, everything was fresh and tasty, with only one minor issue. The white rice in my k BBQ bowl was soggy. I suppose I have a very high bar for rice, given my heritage and all, but it seems like their rice was made with too much water. As a result it was somewhere between thick porridge and rice cake when it should've been fluffy. I also wish they had brown rice instead of white. Better texture that way. And also, they probably should've used long grain instead of medium, as the latter tends to get soggy more easily and don't serve as a bed for a bowl as well. And for a high protein bowl, the amount of white rice was a little too much filler. Perhaps offer an option of rice on the side? Still, the flavor was good. The pineapple and mango salsas were both delicious and fresh. The pulled pork wasn't fatty. We'd go back.

I traveled to Austin earlier this year for work and every Austinite I asked for food…read morerecommendations suggested Torchy's Tacos as a city classic. Regretfully, I never made it to a Torchy's while in Texas--but luckily there's this one right in my backyard at home in Ohio. Torchy's is the Austin institution that went mainstream and is slowly spreading around the country. You'll order on a touchscreen kiosk and choose from tons of different taco and bowl combinations--including breakfast all day! Grab your cup and a buzzer and take a seat; servers will bring out your food as it's ready. I was pretty impressed with the selection overall. From beef to carnitas to chicken to eggs, you can get tons of different taco fillings. The drink station alone is impressive--the typical soda machine options plus iced tea, horchata and even cold brew coffee! There's also a bar if you're inclined to something alcoholic. All of the tacos and the hillbilly queso we ordered were delicious. I was actually impressed with the corn tortillas on my tacos--wasn't expecting them to taste so fresh. Tacos are a great size as well. Two is enough for a decent meal, but they don't pack the toppings on. Any taco you order (I would guess) can be picked up in its entirety. You won't be losing toppings at Torchy's! Service was a bit slow the day I came for lunch but nothing crazy (more like a sit down restaurant than the fast casual it's set up as) and the ambiance is nothing amazing. But the food is delicious, price is decent and I would definitely go back for a little taste of Austin.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn't your average breakfast joint. Their {unique-feature} - let's call it the palpable sense of genuine Southern hospitality mixed with a modern, quirky vibe - immediately sets the stage. It's like your cool grandma's kitchen, but with better coffee (more on that later!). But let's talk about the star of the show: the Biscuits n' Gravy. Oh. My. Goodness. Forget everything you think you know about this Southern staple. This was next-level comfort food. The biscuit itself was perfectly fluffy on the inside, slightly crisp on the outside, and had that subtle buttermilk tang that just makes your soul sing. And the gravy? Forget the bland, floury stuff you get at some places. This was a country gravy, rich, savory, and clearly made with love. The flavors were so spot-on, so perfectly balanced, that when the manager asked how I was enjoying my meal, I practically gushed about the flavor profile! He proudly explained that they make it fresh, on-site, every single day. Amazing. Seriously, I even asked for more gravy (and I'm not ashamed!). The chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy. The welcoming atmosphere is the real deal. It's not just about saying "hello"; it's about making you feel like you're part of the Maple Street family. It's the kind of place where you instantly relax and feel comfortable lingering over your coffee (which, by the way, they have a whole coffee bar with assorted flavors!). The excellent service just seals the deal. From the friendly cashier to the attentive staff refilling my coffee, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to make my experience a great one. The manager, especially, was incredibly nice and clearly takes pride in his team and the food they're serving. It's clear they've cultivated a positive and supportive work environment, and that translates directly into the customer experience. For the price, Maple Street Biscuit Company is an absolute steal. Whether you're a couple looking for a cozy brunch spot, a family needing a satisfying and affordable meal, or a die-hard food enthusiast searching for the perfect biscuit, this place delivers. Trust me, folks, this isn't just breakfast; it's an experience. Go. Now. You won't regret it.

Save your money and hit up First Watch, Wild Eggs, or even Sleepy Bee (with some trepidation). At least you get table service and servings worthy of the cost. Maybe it was a bad day?
