If you like cleanliness, friendliness, and speed - do NOT go to this Taco Bell. The cashier did not welcome us upon entry, and rolled her eyes dramatically when she saw our party of 6. 2 of my friends ordered together first and the cashier did not give them their change. When my friend let her know, she rolled her eyes yet again and got keys to open the drawer. She mumbled to herself "is today over yet", definitely not in a playful "I have had a long day" manner. The tables and chairs were filthy so we had to get water and napkins and clean our area, with no help offered from the people who walked out to smoke, of course. Any restaurant that doesn't have a changing table always loses a star from me automatically. It shows such a lack of respect for the customers, in my opinion. So I made an order online for DoorDash and nothing was happening it seemed like so I Just call this Taco Bell very nicely, very politely and asked if they had gotten order from door dash and what the status of the order was. This lady, Sandra, is what she told me, this lady said in the most rude tone, "I don't know, I'm not doordash and we're slumped so I have no idea." Not even trying to be nice. This Taco Bell was one of the worst Taco Bell's I have been to. Not only is it in the worst state possible, the meat was dry, and the tortillas were rough to the bite. They forgot some of our food, and they burnt all our food. They added way to much sour cream, and the pop tasted terrible. And the sweet tea was literally water. Yes, water. They have cleaned up their act- literally. Talked to the manager who has got some good staff now. They were sharp and quick today. This is the cleanest I've seen this place in years, thank you Shanea!! She has scrubbed through years of grime. I peeked back into the kitchen and it looks cleaner, too. Employees are rude and I went there to go get some before I went to King's Island yesterday at 12 pm and one of the employees shut the door in my face and said they were closed because she was to crowded . One of the worst Taco Bells I have to deal with. Ordered 2 bean burrito's and 2 double decker tacos. How hard is that? The order was correct on the screen but I received 2 Frito burrito's instead of the bean burrito's. Went back to the store. There was no one in line when I first ordered and there was no one in line when I went back. The employees act like they really don't want to be there. Returned my food to them and left with nothing. This location is HORRIFIC!!!!! I just sat in the drive through for over an HOUR. There is no way to get out once you are in the line. The employee running the drive thru was absolutely terrible to us. My daughter had to use the restroom so bad she had tears in her eyes by the time we got to the window and the employee running the drive thru proceeded to make fun of her and scold me by yelling and swearing because she didn't like that I "snatched that drink out of her hand" she was barely reaching out the window and almost dropped my drink but then proceeded to laugh that we were frustrated and make fun of us to other customers. What a complete joke. Do not go here. The employees have zero, absolutely zero customer service. 9 times out of 10 our order is wrong. Taco Bell is Taco Bell. This one has a notoriously slow drive through. There isn't much else left to say. If you want a different Taco Bell, it is about 15 mins away, so it's still your best bet for a Taco Bell if your in the area. read more

I understand that this is Taco Bell and not a five-star dining experience, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth even though the food was fine. Five of my friends joined me on this visit. Upon entering the dining room, we saw that we'd arrived during a slow time (that awkward period between lunch and dinner, around 2:45pm). Despite this, the employees behind the counter were visibly annoyed that people had entered and were audibly scoffing and complaining about our presence. "Ugh." "Is today over yet?" All of these complaints were served with eye rolls and deep sighs. The dining room was filthy and we had to clean our own table. A small family had walked in behind us and they were having the same experience, which is a shame considering they had small children with them. We enjoy Taco Bell and eat at various locations pretty often, but we'll be avoiding this particular store. read more

This has to be the slowest and worst Taco Bell on planet Earth. Nothing like pulling into their drive thru just to see a note on the speaker saying cash only. Their drive is impossible to get out of so your pretty much stuck there til all the cars go n front of you pull out. When I said something to the manager about having another sign before someone pulls in the drive thru saying cash only so we don't waste 20 min of our lives I was cussed out. I work 2 minutes away from this location and I got out of work at 10 o'clock and I still had things to do when I got home. So I went to Taco Bell to get something fast so I could get home. I ordered 2 tacos and a Sierra Mist. When I ordered the food the lady gave me attitude and said that's all your getting? And started laughing. 45 minutes after getting there I got my food. When she didn't she hear us, she decided to be rude about it & then proceeded to smack talk us to coworkers right in front of us. How rude. I don't know her name but she is older & has fake red hair. We come here because close to Kings Island. This is the third time (and last) that we will come here. Came once at 11:30 am and he breakfast menu was up and we asked if they were servicing breakfast they lady yelled NO ITS THE AFTERNOON. so we asked if they would turn the menu from breakfast to lunch and she yelled to the back CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING THAT THE SIGN IS NOT TURNED. gave us our order was missing most of what we ordered. Third time we came trashed bathroom, and dining room. The front line worker was out front smoking we came in waited for someone to take order no one came to the front. After about 2 min the guy outside comes in and takes order. By then two other customers were behind us. He took our order we only received half of it. I stopped by this location after work tonight and literally waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes! There were only 3 cars in front of me. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a cheesy gordita crunch. There must of been a issue with the car in front of me since the dude at the drive-thru kept leaning in and out of the window 4 or 5 times and it took at least 10 minutes for them to get their food.I pull up to the window the guy and two other people are all standing around the register it literally was 3 to 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me. When I got to the window he said my order was $7.35. I kind of paused and he looked at me and said you had the Mexican pizza and gordita right? I said yes still wondering why it cost $7 but whatever. So I gave him $8 and the guy literally took my money said Thank you and shut the window without even giving me back my change!! We stayed at great wolf lodge over spring break and decided to get carryout from here at lunch. We ordered our usual favorites including mexican pizza, nacho bell grande, and fiesta potatoes. I could not finish my mexican pozza, it had a horrible acidic taste to it that was coming from either the meat or the refried beans. Our nachos were soggy,limp,and old. Pur potates were dark brown and hard. Worst experience and food ive ever had from a taco bell! Yuck!
