Normal condition of the floor.
John V.

This DQ is consistently slow and they have no idea how to divide their efforts between drive through and counter. And the floors are disgusting and I think they empty the garbage once a week! Manager should be fired UPDATE Service is faster but servers don't wear gloves and put their hands in the toppings to put them on your ice cream - the floor was clean and the garbage was empty. UPDATE 2 SO - Corporate DQ contacts me and says servers don't have to wear gloves so the guy with his arms elbow deep in the sprinkles is OK by them. Personally we have gotten so frustrated with this place we are never going back. Cold Stone is just up the road a piece...

You can mop the floor, but the grout tells the story.

One star because ice cream. You can do the drive though or go inside, but either way you'll be waiting a half hour to get a lick. Personally, I suggest staying in the car; it will likely be cleaner. Just take a look at the color of the grout on the floor vs the wall. I think you can get something that specifically cleans grout at either Home Depot or Lowe's, both less than a mile away. And yes, the floor is as sticky as you'd expect. Better still, drive up the road to Cold Stone where you'll pay the same amount, the ice cream is better, the service is faster, and you just can't lose. Sorry DQ, but I have wasted too much time and money on you guys. You just slipped too far IMHO.

The absolute worst DQ I have ever been to! Dirty and disgusting ! Employees were rude, waited 20 minutes for a blizzard that resembled an ice cream cone with cookie dough thrown on top of it! Not to mention, the employee made our whole order while on the phone complaining to a friend! Then as we are sitting down she announces that this is last call and they will will in an hour and 10 minutes! If I could vote zero stars, I would!

Ordered 3 blizzards, one specifically with M&Ms and sprinkles. They put so much of it in, it was truly amazing. Bless these people.

They have several food trucks with lots of different choices. They have a nice farmer's market that is nicely decorated and has plenty of items for sale. They have a great selection of pies too. Also, there is an ice cream stand next to the market opened daily, all ice cream is homemade and fresh! Their hot apple cider and cinnamon donut was a great treat! Since finding Ort Farms is not too far from us, we'll be back next year once the crops are back in season.

I found out about Ort Farms from a billboard I saw driving down 17. I wanted to find a farm that…read morehad a pumpkin patch but still had apple picking, and Ort Farms had both - so it was perfect! It was about an hour drive from me, so it wasn't too bad. We came on the last Sunday of September, so the pumpkin patch and hayrides were already open (I believe they open mid-September) but they still had some late varieties of apples. They had some veggies available for picking too - tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants. You just need to purchase a bag and you can use it for both. Admission was about $15 per adult, which you have to purchase online. Kids 3 and under are free. We did the 9:30 time slot but didn't get there until 10, which didn't seem to be an issue. It's definitely best to go early so you can avoid as much of the crowd as possible. We spent almost three hours there and it was crowded by the time we left. The good thing about going in September is that most people don't want to go until October, so you get to avoid that mess. But the bad thing is that it's still probably really hot and if you're picking fruits/veggies in hot weather, it's not the most fun. By the time we were done picking apples and veggies, we were all hot and tired by the time we got to the pumpkin patch. So I'd suggest doing all of your photo ops at the pumpkin patch first and then doing all the manual labor. They have a few food trucks in one area and the apple cider slush was nice and refreshing after picking fruit. They also have a farm store with your usual suspects - pies, apple cider donuts, pre-made salads/sandwiches, etc., but we didn't buy anything. I think I found our new go-to farm. It's nice that you can kill two birds with one stone. I saw they have U-cut Christmas trees in December so I'm interested to see if they're doing any Christmas events - I wouldn't mind making the drive back.

Booking was easy online and we were provided with the menu we'd be making. Chef Jay and his staff were so friendly, and the space we cooked in was very cozy. I loved the experience of Chef Jay explaining the ingredients, helping us understand the flavors we were creating, and then getting to eat all of our delicious dishes, and of course taking home the leftovers. This event was so worth it. I would recommend this to any one of any skill level. My partner and I are by no means chefs, but our food came out perfectly. I can't wait to come back and take another class here, or stop by for dinner!

Would love to some consideration from the people driving by or stopped at the side street traffic light. We don't need purposeful engine revving or music cracking while waiting at the intersection. Great spot definitely going back though

As we drove up, It looked abandoned but had an open sign and then I noticed someone waiting (for a to go order) inside so we took a chance and went in to give it a try. I was starving and hadn't had anything to eat all day and it was 2pm. We ordered a few things including the BBQ Bulls eye burger, the Cordon Blue Burger (subbed beef patty) and the Fat Elvis which supposedly had gyro meat, cheesesteak, chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks all on French bread/sub loaf. Also ordered seasoned fries with fry sauce. The Fat Elvis was actually interesting and decent, BUT again, I was starving. If I weren't starving, I think the sandwich would have been just ok. Not bad, but just ok. Also, I believe they actually made me the Fat Daddy vs the Elvis because I didn't see a trace of any gyro meat. The Bullseye burger was good according to my lunch buddy and he said he'd come back and dine again. He's a fan of anything with BBQ sauce so I'm not surprised. The Cordon Blue burger was just ok. Nothing special about the burger at all. The fries were just ok, nothing special at all and the Fry sauce didn't help make them taste any better. Burger was auto cooked to Medium plus but I was never asked what temperature I preferred. Maybe I looked like a "medium plus guy" - well they got lucky today! Now a couple of extra things: the pop machine was broken/down, no water options and one of their bathrooms was out of order. The internal/external ambiance is not welcoming or inviting at all. The server who took my order, didn't appear familiar with the menu and was clueless about several of the sandwiches on the menu which was odd and not helpful. I think this place would be benefit from a little sprucing up on the outside and inside, including ensure water is available for purchase and getting their machines and bathrooms working properly. All that said, I'm not sure my experience today would compel me return.
