Service is terrible! I've given them a couple chances in the last few months, I go when they're not busy, and I still end up waiting at least 25 minutes for two blizzards. The staff are all super young, including the manager, and they're just standing there messing around the whole time. They don't answer the phone when you try to call to report an issue. We waited 45 minutes. I thought I was being savvy by placing it online but realized they never noticed nor started the order. Once we received the food it was cold and soggy. I do not recommend this location. I had to get a refund since the app glitched and switched locations. They never gave me a refund, when the issue occurred they said I would have to come to the store later and it would be fine. I went back for the refund for them to tell me that the manager has to be there. Instead I asked just to have the food made if we weren't getting the refund. Which they said they couldn't, so I've tried to call them back three separate times to speak with the manager and no answer. read more

Well..... I Tried to give this Dairy Queen a second chance and I should not have. Waited in the line over 25 minutes in the drive through, asked for napkins and two forks didn't receive either. Ordered two large drinks with our two meals, and didn't get either of those as well. Immature teenagers run the place, and could care less about serving you with a little pride, and respect. 10/10 do not recommend. Drive the extra 15 minutes and go the the grand junction location, or just save your time and money, and take your business elsewhere. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. This place needs to close. I've left feedback, filled out surveys, and have given them multiple chances and it's still the same. Tonight I ordered a Diet Coke, was given a regular coke, so I asked for a Diet Coke. They took my cup, with my straw, dumped out the coke, filled it with Diet Coke and handed it back to me with the cup covered in coke. I had to ask for napkins to wipe it off. Also ordered two blizzards, neither were served upside down because they both were so runny they would've just dumped out of the cup. Every time the order is wrong and every time you bring it back same excuse that they don't have what you ordered. Then tell me up front and I will find something else. Order vanilla you get chocolate, order brownie bites you get chocolate chips, so on yet when you ask before ordering they say they have it or you can get it that way then ... Nope! The wait is ridiculously long even when no one is in front of you. Staff is the rudest of all fast food places in the area. Drive thru on a busy Sunday I get it was very patient at least 15 minutes after we paid at window and parked in parking lot they bring our food. Very nice surprise to hit this DQ after a day of hiking in Colorado National Monument. Probably one of the cleanest DQ I have been in. New decor with large screen TVs. Have Orange Julius menu items as well which my son always enjoys. Prices a little higher than we pay at our Texas DQs but well worth it on a hot day. This, of course, is after the employee dropped one of the blizzards when trying to turn it upside down (which the employees thought was funny - I did not). I went there and while I was ordering the woman taking my order was very rude then they had 5 cars pulled forward waiting on food. When she finally came out we got the wrong food, so she got the cars behind us their food then came back with our food, but it was still wrong. Yet again we have given this location a shot at proving us wrong. After sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes with no one asking us for our order we proceeded to the window thinking maybe they did not know we were there. Once we pulled up the workers were inside eating ice cream. I knocked on the window and a girl came up. I asked if they were closed and she told me yes they have closed early today at 5:45pm on a Sunday. The girl proceeded to argue with me that there were signs on the building stating that they would be closed but when I asked her to show me or tell me where the signs were she could not tell me. The open sign was still on and there were people inside so I do not believe they were closed. This business has the worst employees I have ever interacted with. The lady and the guy working the drive thru is always so rude and her and his tone of voice makes you want to just drive away. They are also so rude and so slow and unprofessional. I am appalled by this, it happens almost everytime. They also get orders wrong and forget items and then when you bring it up to them, they will be mad about it. Get better staff and be quicker, and maybe you will have more customers. read more
