I was stupid enough to try this Dairy Queen again because the manager "claimed" they would work to improve the service and quality. It's actually worse, the employee that took my order seemed very bothered by doing his job. He very obviously gave the impression I was bothering him by ordering a chicken strip basket. I ordered a 4 piece and waited 34 minutes (I timed it this time) when I got it, the dipping sauce was wrong (bbq, but I requested gravy) I pointed this out and he rolled his eyes and walked away. Didn't say anything. Someone else eventually showed up and tossed a cold container of gravy on the counter and walked away. Went to put it in my basket and that's when I noticed the chicken "strips" were about the size of a chicken nugget and I only got 3. I was nervous to point this out as the employees were already so rude, and had me so uncomfortable. It seemed the ambiance of the place was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Had the best experience when purchasing a DQ cake online with this store. They rocked the design and Annette was so sweet on the phone when I called to see if we could pick up earlier. I came here at 2:20 on a Saturday and waited almost 10 min in a line that was only 4 cars long. When I got to the window the employee was very friendly, but stated that she was the only employee that was trained. I ordered food and 2 blizzards and the food wasn't ready, so she directed me to park and they would bring it out. After 7 min of waiting, someone brought it out but forgot my 2nd blizzard AND soft drink that came with the meal. So I continued to wait in my car another 8min before going inside myself, then waited another 4 min inside. At this point my hot food is cold and the 1st blizzard they gave me is melted. Overall, I spent 29 min at this DQ when I initially pulled in behind FOUR other cars. That's it. Just ridiculous. It should never take that long for a drive thru with a short line. read more

On our way home from an awful roadtrip from Arizona to Minnesota, we decided to stop at this DQ location with hesitancy after reading negative reviews online. It was a bit off of our route, but it was the only place that was mutually agreed upon by the exhausted and HANGRY car occupants. As were ordering food from the drive-thru menu (and were taking longer than appropriate because they had different items available than the Minnesota locations) the person taking our order was incredibly kind and patient. While at the window, the employee noticed we had a dog in the car and asked if he could have a "pup cup", which was super nice to offer! We apologized for taking so long to place our order and the employee was SO understanding and laughed it off. Additionally, the restaurant was within a half hour of closing (I personally dislike going somewhere near closing time as I've worked in the food industry and was annoyed with customers who came in as we were getting ready to close, but we were pressed for time and had limited options) so I give the employee even MORE kudos for being so nice! If I knew her name, I would give her a HUGE shoutout! Not only was the food piping hot; it was the best onion rings and burger I've ever had from any Dairy Queen I've been to (which are more than I'd like to admit). I highly recommend this location and will stop there again should I decide to subject myself to a roadtrip with a teenager and dog during a winter storm. :) read more

They have parking spots for mobile order but you still have to get in the very long and slow drive thru line. Definitely deserving of the one and half stars on here... ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and you would of thought I ordered just banana smoothie. It even had big pieces of ice still in it! The blizzard we ordered is suppose to be "frozen" and can be tilted over, but it was runny and the presentation was a disaster, ice cream dripping off the sides... I hate leaving crappy reviews, but this is just the truth. Be prepared for a long wait at this place. The drive through window is always filthy, which is a big turn off, but what's even more annoying is that they constantly hand out blizzards that have more ice cream on the outside of the cup than on the inside.. (okay so that's a bit over dramatic, but seriously.) Our order is correct 50% of the time, and after waiting 30 minutes we don't usually have time for them to fix their mistake, so we just leave. Wish there was another DQ in town or that this one would clean up. Employees are hit or miss... Sometimes they're super friendly, and sometimes they're extremely rude. I ordered a Turkey BLT combo, a small cheese curd, and my boyfriend got a 3 piece chicken strip basket for the $6 deal. After we received "everything," the basket was forgotten. We were on our way back into the line to get our forgotten basket, when the drive thru cashier raced the basket out to us.
