If I could give zero stars I would! Do not come here! Service is so terrible and takes 25 min to get a blizzard through the drive thru. Tried to go in to order but they locked the doors 45 minutes early. Don't say your open until 10 if you lock the doors at 9:15. They really should shut this place down. read more

This is not "The Stop Sign In Texas" DQ. They do not honor any of the DQ specials and service is SO slow. No uniforms just any old T-Shirt will do. Tried to order a couple of items that are standard at MOST DQ's and all I received was no, we don't have that either. Even very limited on their ice cream menu. If you want a hamburger, nothing fancy, or blizzard (but not the special that is advertised all over Texas TV) then come here. Very dirty. When I went to pick up a couple of packets of ketchup for french fries, the packets are so gooey they stuck to my fingers. The workers just looked at me like "oh well". Not a very clean place. I went through the drive thru, the burger was good. The fries were really good even after driving home (about 15 mins). However, they "didn't have" the blizzard flavor that was listed literally first on the menu, and I had to pull into a spot and wait for them to come out with my order. read more

I have been to this location once before and it was ok. The lady at the counter never looks happy. With that being said, on the 2nd visit, we get there at 10:55am, thinking they will open at 11 for lunch? Nope. We see, from what I assume are her kids, watching phones and tablets at dining tables, with the woman (mom/employee) nowhere to be found. Its now 11:05, the woman employee comes from the back, looks at us standing there, then turns back around. Its now 11:10, and she never came back out to open the door. So with that being said, we just hopped in the car and left because she obviously didn't want to open the door for us. She looked like she didn't want to be there at all. Traditional DQ in design, so the store could use some updating. They do a good job keeping the store clean though. We visit often when we are in the area and have lays found good food and fast, friendly service. read more

This place is filthy, the workers are all wearing their pjs, and they have absolutely no customer service no matter how nice I was!!! I always give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the 5th time! My family and I will not be returning. I really hope the manager or owner reads all of the comments on here because they need to help this establishment. read more

I dont know why this DQ doesn't get better ratings. Every time we have visited, we have been completely satisfied. Take out or eat in orders are always the way we order. Drive thru is always backed up. Just what you need to accept for GOOD fast food. read more

Horrible service! I ordered a Royal Blizzard and asked if they could substitute the peanut butter topping with a chocolate topping, and they refused! I wish I could give this establishment 0 stars. Where do I began. The drive thru wait was a long wait. We sat at the intercom for 15 min and nobody ever came to take our order. Then when we drive to the window to place an order then staff wanted us to drive back around and get in line again behind several other cars. Then we go in and I ask the staff why couldn't we just order at the window why do you want me to get at the end of the line after waiting 15 min for you never to come to intercom. The staff got into a huge argument with me stating they were busy and I'm disrespecting him/ her. That staff stated he/her was gonna come around the counter. I told them please do it. They never did but this was the most unprofessional fast did establishment ever. Another staff told me not to come back. Don't worry i won't. You choose to work at this establishment. At least have some integrity and pride about where you work. Everytime I've gone here the wait is ridiculously long, something is always wrong with my order, and all these workers are so rude. I gave it a 3 stars because of the high prices, the tired old setup inside and the crummy bathrooms. Don't let the rating set you against the food. The food is always fresh and the location is very clean as other reviews have pointed out, but it's Dairy Queen for sure. Same old wood panel booths to sit in, and teens working behind the counter. Still as I remember it as when I was a kid. Just be prepared to pay.some money for a mediocre burger combo and ice cream. Otherwise, I love DQ and always will. read more

This is probably the worst DQ customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. We are normally second chance people but the first bad experience there was when they forgot we ordered. We ordered 2 blizzards and sat down to wait. Literally 15minutes we waited and other people were getting there meals and ice cream after we ordered. Finally they asked if we ordered and they finally started making them. They were really runny blizzards and they did not do the flip test. 2nd visit was ordering 2 blizzards again but this time at the drive through. We got the window, she handed us the first blizzard-did not do the flip test, and asked her if it was flip-able and she said "I don't know". She asked if we wanted a receipt and she forgot and we asked again and she just handed it to us. We said thank you and she just slammed the slide door on us and continued to throw and attitude. We will no longer go to this DQ. It to mention they wear whatever they want. To long nails to no uniform to flip flops. read more

To start off, I never write reviews. Bad service from the time we pulled up. The lady taking our order had a chip on the shoulder from the time my wife asked her to please give us a minute. After making our order we noticed that the bananas the were being put in my Banana split were a little old and asked if they had any that were fresher. She then replied that there were more under the counter and then proceeded to put the same banana in my banana split. We also ordered one banana split with pecans and one without. My wife noticed that she was putting pecans in both. I simply opted to just drive off at this point. Drove 11 minutes to university in hopes of better service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I come to this establishment is full of teens who don't seem very focused on their job to provide their customers with a good experience. Multiple times my chicken has been raw and my drinks have tasted awful. Customer service is awful, and there's never a smile or thank you when coming in or through. Won't be back. read more

This Dairy Queen was disgusting. The tables were dirty, the bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The floors were filled with dirt. The trash cans hadn't been empty in what seemed hours cause they were stuffed to the top. The staff was friendly, that was the only redeeming quality. I will not go back. read more

Terrible service! Dirty drive way. Ordered through drive through and pulled up to the window. Waited for 10 minutes before the girl opens the window and doesn't say a word. We ask questions to make sure they got our order right because she kept saying she couldn't hear us and she ignored the question and walked away smiling to her coworkers. No uniforms. Came here for a Blizzard since that's what they are know for. As soon as I walked in, no one noticed and I stood at the counter for a while before anyone took my order. There was someone in front of me and someone behind me and the second guy that came to take orders looked past me and took the person's order who was behind me. I got a blizzard that has fudge in it and as soon as I stuck my spoon into it, the ice cream turned to soup. I went back in to show the person that made it and she told me that because it had fudge it was going to melt. I'm not an ice cream expert but I know that the ice cream should not turn to liquid as soon as I stick my spoon in it. I only give this particular DQ 2 stars for the fact that they don't know how to properly make a cookie dough blizzard. Every other DQ in the country knows fudge comes standard in a cookie dough blizzard, except this one. This has now happened to me 3 separate times. On 7/17/16, I went to this Dairy Queen at 11:06 am and the sign showed closed. I noticed a car pulling in after me and parked at the side and the female finally emerged and I ask her what time they opened and she "with an attitude said we're open". Two cars pulled in after me and then there were three. I don't know if she took the other car's order as they finally pulled out of line and left and gradually four cars that were in line all left. This is the second time I have gone there on Sunday and it showed they were closed. They apparently open when they decide to get their butts out of bed and go to work that someone is more than likely paying them for or if this is the owner - shame on them. YOUR customers are what keep you open and if you pull up this Dairy Queen, they have a lot of complaints. I couldn't find out who the owner is; however, I did file a complaint with Dairy Queen corporate office before this Dairy Queen runs everyone's reputation. The hamburger was good!
