Everytime I go hear, twice in a month now, they never have any reeses peanut butter cups. Seriously, how can you post outside on your sign to come try out new extreme reeses blizzard and you dont have reeses. So frustrating. Plus it seems like no one cares about it. The people that work at this location are not enthusiastic and honestly make me rather goto sonic, where they are friendlier. Also service sucks. So slow and could Careless about YOUR time. You'll wait 30 mins sometimes and I have. Never coming back again!! read more

Visited this location multiple times and the staff is all but pleasant, they always seem to have that "I'd really wish I weren't here right now!" look and attitude and negative demeanor. The food is good, and they have not mixed up an order for me yet. read more

Grrrr! I downloaded the yelp app just so I could write this review! I went to this dq just to get a drink and a blizzard...a car was getting food in front of me and they did not ask them to pull around...even after 10 mins! I watch 6 ppl go in and get just blizzards and drinks..when i finally got to the window my drink and blizzard had been sitting! When i asked why they didnt have the car pull around, they didnt have an answer. This kid just blank stared at me..no apology what so ever! I will avoid coming here! read more

Worst DQ I've ever been to! Don't waste your time or money! After living out of state for 10 years I was happy to be home in Texas & looking forward to Dairy Queen. Went through the drive thru, was the only truck there and was asked to pull around & wait for our food. After 20 mins of listening to my hungry kids we went inside where I found our food just sitting there on the counter. Cold food at that. Rude employees, cold food, dirty restaurant, I got a refund & went to Whataburger! This place could use a whole new staff & a good scrubbing with new policies! Worst DQ experience ever! Horrible Dairy Queen, Stay away! I was driving through Alvin and figured I would stop for some ice cream. I had my mother in the car as well as my younger sister. We were third in line for the drive thru and had to wait 10 minutes to get to the speaker to place our order. Once we got to the speaker we were asked to hold. Five minutes go by and I finally say "hello" into the speaker and was followed by a "What do you want". I placed my order and moved forward and waited another 20 minutes to get to the window, I wanted to leave but was already blocked in. Once I got to the window, I waited to be helped. As I waited I watched the employees play, talk to one another, and drink their own drinks. Finally this lady opened the window and asked "What do you want?" I replied with "My food!" She walked away and came back with my two ice creams and a small drink. I said I ordered a large drink, she said "We'll they told me a small so I have a small for you." I said "that is not what I ordered, I want a large drink." The lady in the window just stared at me like she didn't know what I was saying. Then said " So you don't want a drink?"
