The franchise owner also has a policy that you can't get soda pop refills after 30 minutes. A fast food location that does not allow refills, what a joke! You can walk down the street to Culver's and get as many refills as you want. The fact that they allow a manager to be nasty to customers and have a refill rule says to stay away from this location. It's sad because many nice people work at this location, but the way it is run makes for a poor customer experience.
