The meal started off with complimentary bread service that you could choose with sea salt or garlic parmesan topping. The bread was so fluffy, warm, and comforting. We ordered the Braised Pork Belly, which was surprisingly tender and juicy, and the sauce complimented it very well. We ordered the regular size bone-in KC Strip to share. It was a huge portion and they give you extremely hot plates so that the steak stays warm and sizzly on your plate once you eat it. We were pretty impressed by how juicy and tender it was. The corn creme brulee and Boursin cheese whipped potatoes we had as sides were great complements to the dish. At the end of our meal, they treated us with a complimentary Cookies and Cream Popcorn Sundae which was super unique and really delicious.
