Every staff member is always very helpful and respectful! I normally get drunks from here when I'm craving it (usually 2-3 times a month) or during girls or game night! My favorite thus far has been the Aloha New York!! Not because I'm a NY'er but because it's DELICIOUS! & pretty potent. If you want a super strong one then try it; it's a blend of the Long Island Ice Tea & the Frog Juice (another fave!) Thank you for always being there when we need great drinks while sharing time with friends!

Fast and quick drive through if you don't want to lose a couple calories more in your day. Phenomenal frozen drinks. The long Island is the bomb for the buck and all other flavors are always great. Staff has never dissappointed. Kita was at the window and phenomenal, kind, professional, quick and all around a great representative for the company. She would be a great hire for any company. Great establishment and employees at this location. Management and structure of business is thumbs up here. read more

This used to be my go to place and I would have rated it 5 stars, BUT they changed their recipes. The frozen Hurricane was my favorite, however now it just taste like - I don't know.... something with flavored syrup I guess, but NOT a Hurricane. I have a new GO TO, but no longer Frios TO GO. Sad.... But to those that want to try, please do so. Everyone needs to try something for themselves and we have our own taste and expectations. I will tell you that they are always friendly and courteous; no disappointment there. I wish them luck with the change. Note - This review is for the Katy location. read more

This place has been and always will be my go to place for when I need a great drink! Sure I may have to drive a ways from either my home or from work, but it is so worth it. The Texas Tea should actually be renamed "Knock Your Socks Off" because it packs quite a punch! I also love their monthly "Ocho" lineup because I love to see what kind of concoctions they come up with each time. The service is also great and efficient. I never have to wait a long time in the drive thru even if it gets busy as the line moves quickly. Their rewards program is also great because I get discounts on my drinks. I also noticed that this past week they encountered some issues that weren't really their fault, as I understand stuff breaks down and stuff happens. While I had to go to another nearby drink stop to satisfy my urge, I will look forward to coming back when everything is up and running again. Thanks for all you do and I will always be a loyal patron for as long as this place remains in business! read more

I ordered a half gallon of the frozen whiskey passion from the Frio To Go already 3/4 into the half gallon solo steadily drinking and not even a buzz. Not sure if this has any alcohol in it. One glass of regular wine or liquor normally gets me buzzed but zero buzz with this drink. A positive, is the staff is really nice. read more

I've tried many drive thru margarita joints and this one is by far the best! The drinks are strong, some more than others. It's not just simple flavors, they have really great flavor combos. Refillable buckets for the jello It's the boba tea tops, no tape over the straw!! The cons: Jello shots texture were grainy/gritty Depending who makes it, might not be mixed well if you added on. If I could write a 0 star review I would. I went to this location off of a friends review, who has been multiple times to this location (never with any issues due to her ID). To my disappointment, the woman who was working denied us a drink, saying there may be a problem with her processing system, but was unwilling to restart the system to try and help fix the issue. We have 2 valid, non-expired IDs and are well above drinking age. Being that she said she was a 'manager', I find this very unprofessional to someone who is trying to support your business. read more

I did really like this place but I'm NEVER returning here. I called ahead of time asking for their hours because it's July 4th. An employee told me they closed at 12 am I made a 40 minute drive all the way to this location just for them to be closed. When I called a girl answered and said she just got word from corporate that they close at 10. I am LIVID I'm never coming back here and I'll make sure to let everyone I know know not to return either. Wish I could give them 0 stars for the TERRIBLE customer service also I arrived there at 10:30pm read more

Customer service was non existant. Lady at the drive thru window was very rude and acted as if she didn't want to be there. This was my first time here and probably won't come back based on the attitude I was given this evening. I ordered the regular sized Pina colada with prickly pear, flavor is pretty good. Employees are always fast and friendly. Drinks are always delicious and strong. This is my go-to place when I have gone grocery shopping with my kids and need something alcoholic to drink, but don't feel like going into the liquor store. I can just go straight to the drive thru and get a White Russian with two extra shots and be happy for 2.5 hours. read more

Finally a daquiri place that doesn't serve watered down weak drinks! I'm from Louisiana and the places I frequent aren't skimpy w/ the liquor, which is why I couldn't be happier that I found this place. If you ask for something strong, just know that it's going to be STRONG! I've tried too many of their frozen daquiris to count and none of them have let me down tastewise, not to mention they always give me the perfect buzz. I also love their rewards system. Me and my husband saw this place and couldn't pass it up....SO WORTH IT! My husband works out of Louisiana and this was the best thing next to being there. It's honestly my favorite margarita spot in all of Houston. However, today I came across a staff member that I am not fond of. She's an overweight, shabby looking white woman with sunburnt cheeks. Her hair was not done and she had red acrylic nails with a few missing. She looks like she's probably in her 50s. Her energy was very dull/lackluster. I told her very CLEARLY that I would like a small, raspberry margarita. I paid for my drink, and then she followed up with asking me " You said you wanted watermelon flavor, right?". How the hell do you mix up the word "watermelon" with "raspberry"??? I would have understood if she said "strawberry"... but I feel like she was trying to be funny and micro aggressive since I am African American. I've came here many times and have never had an issue with my order, or people understanding me. I ended up throwing my drink away because she may have spit in it. I don't trust racist white women with handling my food.

Stopped by there for lunch right after they opened on a Sunday. They have a very large beer…read moreselection. If you like beer, you will find something to your fancy. I had the hummus with naan and flushed it down with a lager beer. The bar tender gave me great service and gave me a sample of a crispy lager I asked for, which I then took. Great ambiance with lots of wood. And clean, large restrooms. I will come back.

My waitress was very kind and went back to have a talk with the chef to see if it could be recreated, but basically the answer was: "Close, but not the same because no cranberry." I'm not a big "please create this dish for me" kind of demanding customer, I much prefer to order something right off the menu. Without my favorite item on the menu I just don't see myself in a hurry to return.

If you look at my restaurant reviews buying far the most of them are sushi, restaurants. This is truly an experience to be had. Not only is the service superlative, and the ambience rather comfortable, there is apparently an upstairs as well with a balcony as I understand it, but this restaurant is truly outstanding. The quality and caught of fish is simply wonderful. I had my standard Uni and Uni with quail eggs, and I believe it to be California Uni, but in any case, it was absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding. Although there was a primary server, no one is beyond taking an order for a drink or food, which makes the dining experience absolutely wonderful because rather than wait people pass by and actually solicit, but they do so in a very pleasant manner. I could speak further to each and every cut of fish that I had the Hamachi Kama etc however every dish was good or better than the last. I had a Japanese old-fashioned, which was wonderful and made with Toki whiskey. Perfectly made a wonderful experience as it is a full bar. This is not a place to be missed.

The portions are huge so don't over order like we did lol. The hibachi chicken was a bit dry but otherwise that it's a great spot!

We were looking for an authentic Mexican food experience but the food ended up being Tex-Mex. The restaurant is spacious and has numerous TVs. Waiter was attentive. We just won't be going back since it did not meet our expectations.
