The gas prices here are usually in line with surrounding stations and it's easy to get a pump. They have a car wash as well if it's a nice day and you want to spiff up your ride. Staff is friendly inside the store. The store offers all your convenience needs when on the run from cigs to hotdogs to coffee to asprin. read more

This is a good Dailys location on Old St. Augustine in front of Publix. I pretty much only get gas at Shell and it seems to be priced about the same as other Shell or BP stations in the area. With the fuel rewards card I always save at least five cents which makes it even better. The gas station itself is very clean as is the inside. The service is good as well. They also have the Dailys rewards program, it is $2 however you get coupons with it and you get free access to air for your tires which is great! It is easy to get in and out of this location. I automatically deducted a star because I don't dare get gas from here. For whatever reason, it is more expensive than other areas of town by at least .5 cents per gallon or more. I suppose if I lived in this area of town, and rarely went to other areas of town I would get gas here. But, since I'm always in other areas of town, I don't need to spend the extra money at these pumps. I do really like the convenience store itself. It's large and clean with friendly employees. They have a great selection of hot food items, and you can also get fresh sandwiches here. It's a good alternative to one of the fast food joints in the area. Not that a lot of the food here is any better for you. The parking lot is large and very well maintained. There's also plenty of lighting at night so I feel safe. I have been there on multiple occasions and homeless or panhandlers have been in the pump areas asking for money. This is the daily's in an outparcel from Publix at Battram. Very clean, well maintained gas station, convenience store and during the day, sandwich shop. The gas is always 8 cents more than the independent station close by. But it has more pumps and more variety than most. $2.69 for gas here vs $2.34 in Orange Park. I do not understand why such a desperate difference in pricing. I will go here again, but if they bring in a lower priced competitor I would consider changing. read more

When the Gas Station is so much more than just that you'll realize you stopped at Daily's. This would have to be one of my favorite locations not just because it's closer to my house but because it is the only one I can find with the Minute Maid Smoothie. If you haven't tried it you are sincerely missing out on some definite Goodness. Upon entering the staff is very welcoming which is always great but sometimes there will only be one register open and the lines can get pretty long before anyone else decides to step in and help out. If you haven't done so I'd recommend signing up for the fuel rewards and while it is completely possible to stay Gold you'll receive $0.05 off per gallon. Very close to my fiancé's home. Always come here when I need to fill up my tank. Very spacious and many pumps. The store is pretty big and also has a little sit-in quick lunch. There's a tire air pump and car wash. Make sure to sign up for their shell "discount" card (not the Shell Credit Card) to get 3 cents off per gallon if you do not shop at Winn-Dixie that much or have a Shell Credit Card. It really, really is nicer here! Cleaner than most gas stations, and always greeted with a smile and welcome! We stopped here on our way out of town for an impromptu road trip. I am so glad we did. They have a larger than most selection of snacks and goodies, (to help you stay awake), including an impressive wine selection featuring 90+ wines. (That's wines that scored a 90 or above in a taste testing, not that they have a selection of over 90 wines) A surprisingly decent deli with salads, peeled eggs, and even a milkshake machine. The gas is on par with other stations within a mile or so. But truthfully, for the clean and friendly atmosphere, I'd pay a few cents extra no problem. read more

I have a sad story concerning this station. I own a Nisson Titan and used this station all the time do to having a Winn Dixie rewards card at the time. Any way I noticed the car wash so I decided to use it. Well so the story goes I noticed a large strip across the top of the cab that I thought did not get clean. So I reported it as a problem The representative contacted me and told me to return for a ten dollar refund. Well since then I have found it is NOT dirt the roller scratched the top of the cab front to back. There is no sign stating that pick up trucks should not go through the car wash. I am contemplating about contacting the insurance company ? Or what ? Any way I hope nobody else has had this problem. read more

I don't go here a whole lot for my coffee or energy drinks but the morning I decided to. Needed some coffee to get my day going but come to realize after making my coffee there were no coffee lids. Instead they had soda lids with a straw hole and nothing to stir your coffee with. I asked the seemed to be the only guy in that whole place if they have any lids for the coffee cups and he simply said no and he continued on saying that I'd be surprised on how well the soda lids fit the coffee cups. I said ok thanks. Not sure exactly what happened here but he didn't seem like he wanted to be there anyways. Miss the days when there was good customer service. Take a clue, Gate is packed and taking your customers cause they have good customer service. read more

I had been a loyal Daily's follower since they came out with the keyfobs that allowed you to collect points based on the amount of has you purchased. So it was all about the amount of gallons your vehicle consumed. When it first started out a while back, it was great, you could get a 16oz coke at every 500 points and when you reached the Platinum level, you were rewarded with more items, as a way of Daily's thanking loyal members. Well, those days are over at the pump. Their customer rewards program at the pump is gone and now the only rewards you can receive are inside the store. Its disappointing because Shell Gas is not always the most economical in town. So if you don't receive a reward and reason to go inside the store, there is really no reason to stop at a Daily's. I predict the entire consumer rewards program will cease to exist over the next few years as they have continued to remove the benefits of being a loyal Daily's customer. Disappointing. read more

If you want to be frustrated and talked to by an 18 year old unprofessionally - this is your company. I purchased a car wash, when I got my gas, went to the wash, entered my code and it said wait for the other car. When the car left I pulled into the wash and nothing. I had to back out of the wash, enter my code 2 additonal times and the machine stated that my prepaid code was invalid. I walked in and stated my frustrastration, with the cashier, that the wash doesn't work. In addition the last 3 Daily's Car Washes I tried to use didn't work (Nocatee, Baymeadows and 9A, and now this one at Bartram). She gave me another code, walked back to my car, entered the wash and it stated please move forward. Pulled in and sat there for 2 minutes and NOTHING. Again had to pull out drive around and asked for my money. At which point your 6'2" 18 year old cashier opened up his mouth and said "Bro what is your problem - lighten up". I dont need anybody telling me to lighten up and if Daily's cant make their car washes work, close them and stop taking peoples money. I said shut up and give me my money because I am not interested in your mouth. At that point he said: "to come back tomorrow, on his off day and we can work this out." Is this really what I need to experience at one of your locations? I tried to call and talk to a Dailys representative but you do not offer a phone number to discuss your issues with a human being. I know your equipment is unreliable and your employees are unprofessional. I am not the person to accept "PUNK" behavior nor do I expect all the trouble I get when you take my money for a car wash and your equipment is incapable of performing the service. Upgrade your effectiveness or see if Gate will purchase you. read more
