This place is in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Only street parking…read more Coffee Shop is pretty big and very inviting inside. It has lots of tables, a few sofas to sit down and enjoy your coffee and also kind of a bar counter sitting as well. It also has some tables outside when the weather is inviting. It has a Scandinavian vibe of decor which I love. For a Sunday morning it was super busy. Service is super fast and they are very friendly. They have great coffee options including some very interesting Specialty drinks like their Turmeric Latte. They also have their in house made syrups. They are a Coffee Roaster and their bean quality is excellent. We ordered a Lavender Cappuccino and a Turmeric Latte. Wow, they were both delicious. They do have fresh pastries but nothing gluten free. Definitely a place to hang out and enjoy your coffee alone or with friends and family.

I popped in on a weekday morning and it was bustling with people. The line wasn't long and I got helped quickly. The person taking my order was friendly and offered solid information comparing their chai to the London fog. He proceeded to ask me about my day and seem like he actually cared. I wasn't sticking around, but there were open tables. Things were clean. They also have plenty of room to sit outside if you'd like. There are pastries and some cold drinks in a case. There aren't a lot of gluten free options, but they did have one muffin I could have had. The drink preparation takes a bit of time. There were people already waiting and many of their drinks have special preparations (pour overs, steeping the tea). Have a minute to wait. I had the London Fog and the baristas advice held true. The flavor was worth the wait and I will surely go back. They roast their own coffee and make you feel welcome. Plus, there's a bookstore across the street. Love all around.

It indeed wasn't far from where we needed to be when the appointment time neared and it proved to be a good stop! I got a London Fog drink. This is one I like returning to as Autumn approaches and into winter. This was a good version of the Earl Grey dominant drink as it had all the presence of this eye opening black tea and the frothy dreaminess in the foam that makes me very fond of this hot drink. I also got a S'Mores cookie that I liked very much. I had it warmed and it made it nice and gooey. This is a good sized coffee shop and there is outdoor seating as well so when the weather is cooperative that is an option to hang out as well.

Love charming venues like this! They have a variety of seating areas inside and outside. There were three different rooms inside to sit in. There were various areas outside, including a bistro table area in front of the house, a lighted covered patio area on the side of the house, an enclosed seating area with an open garage door, and a gas fireplace area with adirondack chairs. We ended up ordering the crustless quiche and iced coffees. The quiche was outstanding and served on a bed of spinach. The coffees were yummy too! Prices were reasonable. The two ladies helping us at the counter were friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful first visit. I'll definitely be back to try their lunch menu! Would definitely recommend.

Not a lot of room for ordering and waiting for beverages. There is a nice seating area upstairs. We ordered an iced latte and iced Darkside for beverages. We both ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich with ham. Everything tasted great! Coffee was bold and delicious. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and a nice size. The croissants were huge. We were both very happy with our food and drinks. This coffee shop in located in downtown Vancouver, so street parking is the only parking available. The meters are managed by Parking Kitty. Parking is about $1.50/hr, with a 2hr maximum. Overall a wonderful first visit. I'll definitely be back to try their other coffee and food options. Would highly recommend.

We were greeted by friendly employees, Carolyn and Sheldon, and each ordered our preferred drink--matcha latte, chai latte and mocha latte. The drinks were made with care and tasted delicious, we enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day before we left town. They offer seating outside, downstairs and upstairs, including a tucked away room if you need a little more privacy. They have nice decor including checkered floors and disco balls. I look forward to returning when I'm back in Vancouver! Thank you!
