The biggest thing with Pressed is that the food is very consistent. I've been here quite a few times and it's rare to have a bad meal. The only downside is the prices, which are definitely on the high side. Still, if you want something that's going to be good and dependable, Pressed Café is a solid choice.

To eat, I got the avocado toast. To me, this lacked any real flavor. I always feel like avocado toast is better mashed. It came with a side of a hot relish type spread, that was the highlight of the dish. The bread was bland and lacked any real flavor. I would give it a 2.5/5 My wife got the avocado toast with a sunny side up egg on top. She thought it was good. The egg added some depth of flavor. We both shared a cinnamon roll that was smothered in a cream cheese frosting. This was very good! My wife got a brown sugar ice coffee that was good but not great. The fresh pressed juice was very good. Definitely try out one of those. All in all, this place is solid. I think their menu is too large and as a direct result, no one single food item pops. I'd like to see an emphasis on more flavors in their foods. This has potential to be a notch or two better than it currently is. 7/10. Four stars because 3/5 is too low!

So, if you're looking for breakfast, forget the Michelin Guide. What you need is a pilgrimage to this place, where the laws of breakfast physics seem to have been rewritten. The blueberry lemon pancakes deserve their own zip code. Fluffy, bright, and packed with flavor, they somehow manage to be both comforting and exciting at the same time. Every bite tastes like the morning decided to put on a tuxedo and show up for breakfast. Then there are the scrambled eggs. Calling them "eggs" feels inadequate. These things are absolute units. I'm convinced they come from free-range pterodactyls raised on a secret farm somewhere behind someone's house. They're huge and make ordinary eggs seem like mere suggestions. The coffee? Molten. Not "pretty warm." Not "freshly brewed." Hot enough to convince you that thermodynamics is still alive and well. Yet somehow, the water was freshly squeezed and arrived perfectly cold. The beverage temperature management here deserves academic study. The service has that unpretentious, "Hey, get in here and sit down before someone steals your seat" vibe. The atmosphere is, welcoming, and exactly what a great local breakfast spot should be. On a 5 star scale, turn the dial up to 11. This place doesn't serve breakfast, it ambushes your soul. I walked in expecting eggs and pancakes and left feeling like I'd won a county fair, adopted a beagle named Sherman, and been told I was mom's favorite child all at the same time. This place doesn't gently brighten your morning. It kicks open the door, blasts a confetti cannon into your face, and punches you directly in the emotions with joy. Parking not great.

The cafe itself had a dark wood and green interior that was well balanced and felt a little more calming. Different from a typical cafe that feels more busy. Even though there was a good amount of people it didn't feel overwhelming. For the food, we the BLT which came with beef bacon. I believe they don't use any pork in any of their foods so the bacon is either turkey or beef. The bread was kinda dry, it wasn't easily chewable and was too thick. The beef bacon was really good, I would definitely want this again. It was thicker than regular bacon so perfect for sandwich. Also go the Shakshuka which I was really excited for. This was underwhelming, the tomato wasn't very thick and instead was very watery. It did come with 3 eggs which was great but the pita bread was served on top, assuming this is for aesthetic reasons, which made it become soggy pretty quickly. For the drinks we got the Spanish Coffee and Biscoff Coffee these did not a strong coffee aroma. It was sweet and creamy without being overbearing. But without flavor it would probably taste more watered down. I did still very much enjoy them, if you're not a coffee connoisseur, I think you would enjoy these.
