I went in one time and the girl at the counter seemed like she didn't want to be there and another time there was a young man who was single-handedly taking orders and making bowls so efficiently despite there having been a line to the door that I felt I only waited a minute or two. He was crushing it! So service really just depends on who's working, but I also will add that I've tried calling several times to ask a question/place a phone order and they have never picked up so that was also a bit annoying

They seemed to have pretty much everything that a traveler might want or need, including snacks, a deli, and more.
