Spring Hill is a gem. There are a lot of wineries in the Geneva area, but this is the one I would…read morerecommend. They have fantastic wine, every single wine I tried was at least a 9/10. Their hard ciders are also delicious.. the cider with the bourbon hint tasted like a cozy night by a campfire. I would recommend Cranberry wine if you're into cranberry.. they did it right. And some of my other favorites were the Red Raspberry, Blackberry, and Apple wines. The man behind the bar seemed to be the one running the show, he was knowledgeable and very helpful picking out what to try. The service was friendly and enjoyable. They have a lot of little things for sale including hand painted wine glasses that were adorable! The experience here bested every experience I've had at other wineries, and for a fraction of the cost. You can sample 6 wines for $10. I love everything about this place and I will be back often!

We grabbed a seat, enjoyed the music and company, danced, and ordered some delicious food! We loved the gluten free margarita pizza and pretzels! We also ordered their Lake Effect cider - delicious and reminiscent of mulled cider - and got a flight of wines. Our favorites were the raspberry dessert wine and the Catawala blush. The staff was absolutely amazing and SO accommodating to us when we came in right at closing time. Above and beyond service!

Aldo the aesthetic of the place used to be calm and inviting, it's now becoming cluttered and unkept. I would reconsider coming back unless the standards are revise. Today I had "The Cadbury" *beams* because hey! It's almost Easter and Cadbury, bunnies, you know... Wow was that awesome. I paired it with their Tomato Quiche Pie. Which, good lord- was probably one of the best breakfast items I've had anywhere! The crust was buttery and perfect. The quiche was so good- I almost ordered another one. It was that perfect. I need to mention I came here a week ago to snag a to go coffee- and I had the Butterbeer. A butterscotch dream mocha creation that I had to mention. Yes folks- their creations are stellar. Every month there's new ones and I'm pulled like a frigging tractor beam to see what they've got! I always stop by here. It's so perfect. whether I dine in or grab and go- there's wonderful kiddo's who are always so polite. They have their own coffee for sale and they have some stellar flavors, I keep meaning to pick up a few.

It's a wooded setting, which offers plenty of shade, and makes outdoor seating so nice. They also have a nice bar area indoors, if that is your preference. The servers are very polite and amiable. We enjoyed a bottle of Grand Red, which had a nice full bodied flavor. Very nice wine.

She said yes, and then put me on hold to ask her manager if we could sit on the upper patio since it wasn't very busy. She said they would make an exception, so we drove out from another winery. After finding a table off to the corner (there were only two other tables occupied at the time)- the waitress said we had to move across the "parking lot" to an open gazebo that was clearly not set up for service yet. So we moved, but since we were in nowhere land we decided to just put the dog in the car to enjoy our wine back on the patio. I understand if you are not dog friendly, but I did call ahead and wouldn't have showed up if I knew we weren't going to be sitting within distance to enjoy the atmosphere. As for food - we ordered the artichoke dip and it had about 3/4 cup of dip - the rest was a chunk of bread. Margarita pizza was good. We'd come back again, but bummed how the evening went.
