We are from the Triangle area but had to visit Charlotte couple of times this year, and guess what, all of those trips had this in our to-do list. Gives you old 70s / 80s retro vibes, but always had a great experience! No delays at all, really friendly staff! Wish they open a branch in Triangle area too, but of course, also serving halal (I believe they use Creekstone Farms to get their meat, which are certified halal). I'll keep going there & would recommend everyone not to miss their yummy burgers, specially the O.G. Hamburgers & Happiness meals (for kids)

I've visited several Harriett's locations throughout the Charlotte area, and unfortunately, none of…read morethem have offered turkey burgers. This is disappointing, especially for customers who prefer alternatives to beef. What's even more confusing is that turkey burgers are listed as an available option, yet that hasn't been the case at any of the locations I've visited. I would love to see Harriett's expand its menu to include turkey burgers or, at the very least, ensure that the advertised menu accurately reflects what is available. Offering more variety would certainly be a welcome improvement.

Do not order the Jaws Blackened Fish Sandwich. It has completely changed and is no longer the same…read moresandwich it used to be. The fish was thin, small, and severely overcooked. It did not appear fresh and looked more like a precooked salmon patty with fake grill marks. In the past, the sandwich had real char from the grill, blackening seasoning, and a strong grilled aroma and flavor. This one had none of that. It was a sad, dry, completely inedible meal. I have ordered this sandwich regularly for the past couple of years, but I will not be purchasing it again. It is absolutely not worth the cost for what now appears to be a precooked, fake-grilled piece of fish. You have been warned.

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed the atmosphere, and received good service throughout our visit. The food was delicious! We ordered the Deli Stackhouse, deviled eggs, sweet potato fries, a grilled chicken burger with regular fries, and sweet teas. Everything was tasty, and we all enjoyed our meals. Overall, we had a fantastic time, enjoyed great food and good service, and would definitely recommend Bad Daddy's. 100% recommended!* We'd happily come back again!

The order is personalized on a build your own salad pad, so I don't know how she messed it up. Additionally she missed our only side of tots. We waited 15 minutes with no urgency on getting my right protein and the side of tots. Walked in and all the waitresses were on their phones in an empty booth. It's a shame because I would normally rate this place at least 4/5 stars.
