The variety of banchan was excellent. I really enjoyed the potato salad, cucumber kimchi, chicken skin and gyoza. However, the marinade on the galbi and a few other items was a bit too sweet for my taste. What really brought down the experience, though, was the service. The staff forgot a few dishes, brought one that we did not order, and it took quite a while just to get the check. It felt like there wasn't much organization, and the servers seemed focused mainly on a larger table near the front, while smaller tables were overlooked. Overall, the food had some highlights, but the service issues made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.

We went l before peak time but the service was already slow. The AYCE option is SO limited in the choices of meat especially for the price ($40). We went on a Tuesday but it seems as though they "ran out" of a lot of dishes already. Also, I had to dispute their transaction because they overcharged me. Keep a copy of your receipt guys!

110 dollars! The service is terrible and unorganized. The food was lacking compared to other barbecues.

The servers were proactive in removing empty plates from the table, brought extra napkins without us asking, brought out the order sheet frequently without us asking, and checked in twice throughout our meal to see how we were doing. There was also a couple who came in for the first time and the wait staff took 15 minutes to patiently explain the difference between the kbbq and hotpot in Spanish and even gave recommendations. I'm not sure why they aren't more busy. Great service, plenty of parking, and good quality meats, and helpful staff.

This was my first time trying this style of dining where you cook the meat at your table, so I was really excited going in. Unfortunately, the food was not good at all. Several of the meats we were served did not seem fresh, and the overall quality was very disappointing. Instead of enjoying the experience, I found it unappetizing and honestly couldn't wait to leave. I know everyone has different tastes, but based on my experience, I would not return or recommend it. I was expecting a fun and memorable meal after such a special occasion, but it ended up being one of the worst dining experiences I've had.

This is a nice antidote to what way TOO MANY "Asian" restaurants are like in the greater Boston…read morearea: slick, prettified and exoticized decor, inflated pricing and mediocre, bland and generally dumbed-down tourist food. This place is none of those things---the interior is simple and dare I say, well worn. But that's the whole point, you feel like you're in an authentic immigrant family restaurant, which it appears to be---a very very sweet and kind lady seems to be the only server in this place (we went on a weeknight, so maybe on a Friday/Sat/Sun it's more crowded and there are more staff) and her husband mans the cash register by the door. Old school! Food is solid and authentic, and refreshingly gimmick-free. What you see is what you get. Shockingly, the prices are about the same as in the Korean places in the food court at H-Mart down the road in Burlington...but you get more and better quality food! And they don't appear to have an alcohol license, which is kind of a good thing because they don't try to upsell you with their drink menu, which in Asian restaurants tend to be pretty lousy mass-market water-beers (sometimes just with Asian labels on similar swill) at craft-beer prices anyhow. Bimbibap was quite unique: rice was served on a separate bowl, while the actual main bowl was full of veggies and meat and egg. Very nice contrast to most places' bimbibap being 80% rice and 20% veggies/meat. Came with a small side of miso soup. UPDATE, one week later: Came back to try out the Korean BBQ. For 3 people, we ordered 3 of the BBQ menu items, came out to a reasonable $100 or so before tip since we just had the complimentary toasted brown rice tea (hyeonmi-cha) and ice water. It was just the right amount of food for an evening meal (more voractious eaters would probably want an additional 1-2 dishes) and the lady came to our table to cook the food for us, ensuring that nothing would be overcooked. The short rib was easily the best, followed by the bulgogi, and the squid with pork belly and veggies was pretty good not great (it was interestingly cooked over the open flame on a square of aluminum foil). Everything was perfectly marinated, tender and juicy. Ventilation was good, so our clothes did not reek of roasted meat afterwards---some places have weak fans, this one did not. Service was again impeccable, gracious and speedy...very nice warm vibes, not cold or perfunctory like some places. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Got the short rib, bulgogi, black pepper beef, and some non bbq entrees like the noodles and bibimbap. The vibe is like an old school BBQ/asian restaurant, and I immediately felt comfortable and could feel the authenticity. I will definitely be back (getting hungry thinking about it haha)!

Good food and shopping ... what could be better?! The food is cravable. For being fast food, it really tastes like quality with amazing flavors. I highly recommend this place. Along with the sweet potato corn dog, we also got sweet chili bites and the ribbon fries and toppings. The service was fairly quick as we came after the lunch rush. The sweet potato on and breading was crispy and sweet from the sugar. The sweet chili chicken bites came with tebokki and we're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My favorite were the crispy ribbon fries, but they were definitely on the oily side. The eel and kimchi were great toppings that added different flavor profile to the dish. Overall, a great pick from the food court.
