I also appreciated Heather. She was very thorough during her walk through and very detail oriented!! The only negative: We just realized that 3 of the tires are Goodyear Endurance and 2 of the tires are Castle Rock. Having said that, Brandon Jurich made it right!!! Tires will be replaced!!! I bought a Golf Cart from DADS CAMPER and have been trying to get it repaired for over a year. Now I was threatened and told to pick my cart up and to never bring it back. They took the additude because I reported them to the BBB. When the BBB contacted them they lied and told them a different story that what their sales person and service tech told me. Now I get the cart home and find additional damage they done while they had it. I Filed another complaint.. don't buy from dads camper check their reviews and rating be for you do. A lot of bad reviews and a ONE STAR RATING......my cart was broken from day 1 I brought it back it back 2 and a year later it was still,broke Dad camper outlet picayune After a year I was told to pick my golf cart up. The problem was I kept getting a code 31 and 7 from day one buying the cart.I was called by the owner stating it was fixed. We ordered an Alliance Delta 262 RB with the assistance of Josh. He was great in keeping lines of communication open and followed up with us on a regular basis until camper arrived. He met with us the day to pick up the camper and was great in getting us through the process.Any issues found on our initial walk through were addressed immediately and resolved effectively.While my husband chose to attach a new hitch to our new camper , it quickly became a challenge in the 95 degree temperatures.We were amazed by the number of technicians and personnel from the service department who came to our assistance , bringing water ,unsolicited physical help and support . Brand new Camper paid over 100 K, the "breaker" in the breaker box looks damaged and not new, door would not shut when delivered, still have missing panel for electrical hose compartment, dishwasher has no water going to it and they want me to "find where " the water comes in and fix it, did I mention it was BRAND NEW and over 100 K. SAD!!! No follow up or offer to fix the issues other than bringing it back in. Well that is great if it was not lived in on location for work. Get everything in writing before you hand them your money, we paid in full by check. Promise of walk-through upon delivery by salesman was not kept. When I complained to owner Dennis,of it I was told "Well we don't look behind tvs." He did say he would have it taken care of it and again I took him at his word. The story in short: Upon delivery there were electrical issues. It was delivered at 4:30 pm even though we were promised a morning delivery to get it hooked up before sunset at 4:59 on Dec 11th. Promise of full inspection before resale not kept.The next morning the electrical issues are evident in 2016 Mesa Ridge. Outlets in the cabinet behind the TV not working. 4 GFCI outlets not working, breaker won't stay on... it tripped with nothing else being used. After many encounters forgetting that he needed to bring a GFCI not plain breaker, on May 5th, 5 months after purchase, tech installs brand new GFCI which immediately pops. (Photo of Denny Ray installing new GFCI breaker) He replaces with a plain breaker and promises he will return to get to the bottom of the problem. When he again doesn't show as promised and is contacted he stated he fixed it, among other things such as he called the Manufacturer who told him it never had a GFCI breaker. Recently purchased a 2018 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel from Brian. He was very professional and responsive to our requests as we ordered some additional options. As we mistakenly ordered a king size bed which we decided was too large Mike and Chris took care of cutting it down to a queen for us. Rhea was very helpful and courteous in setting up financing for us. Chris was awesome during our walk thru and answered our questions completely. Was very patient with us as we up-graded from a 2008 model and the new camper has a lot of bells and whistles! Dad's offered us a great price and we love our new camper. Had a wonderful service experience at Dad's Camper Outlet. Brought our new Cougar 22 RBS in for a few minor warranty issues. All were resolved satisfactorily. Chris and Adam went above and beyond to make certain the hitch was adjusted properly on our new truck. As we were leaving, noticed running lights weren't on. Chris offered to run down the problem. It was a bad fuse in the truck. He basically stayed with us until the new fuse was in and we were on our way. This was a blessing since our mechanical abilities are limited. We were so excited to trade our travel trailer in for a new one from a business that gave us exceptional service before, during and after the purchase. BUT, first, we walked the entire lot in Gulfport without one person asking to help us. So, we went inside and asked for Ray, who we bought from last time. Ray was gracious, took us back all over the lot looking for what we wanted. Great, right? No. On April 26th we began our journey to purchase a camper. I emailed Ray with a quick response and returned correspondence with no response, resending email and text. On May 18th I asked for someone else that could help me....yay, I got Jim, which took till May 23rd to reach out with his words, I dropped the ball and was sorry. After, again, not hearing back from emails with questions, I was beginning to think no one wanted our business. Reaching out again to Jim on 6/7 for answers....he responded on 6/8 that he was out of the office and would address it the following Monday. Guess what? Did not hear from him until I texted again on 6/14 with his reply he dropped the ball again..... Again? I was so disappointed in the service we 'did not get.' I was pleased with the purchase process at Dad's. I was AMAZED by the service department. Any problems (and there will be problems with a travel trailer!) are handled quickly and properly. No thanks! Started off good to some degree, but quickly went south. Lost trust quickly.

On August 7, 2018 we brought our 4-month-old Keystone Montana High Country 380TH 42' fifth wheel ($80,000) to Dad's Camper Outlet in Picayune, MS. We purchased this unit from them on April 13, 2018, and wanted to have our warranty work done by the dealer we purchased it from. We had called the dealer 3 weeks prior, and was told they were backed up at that time. While waiting 3 weeks, we also told them we lived in the unit fulltime as we are Catastrophic Insurance Adjusters and could get called to a storm at any time. We waited and met our appointment time. Not realizing we would have to wait another 5 weeks!! We called the dealership after 3 weeks, to find out the status of completion. The unit had not been started!! They said they had to wait on Keystone (Manufacturer) for approval to complete the warranty work. At that time, they then ordered the parts. We are told they were still waiting on the parts. We made several calls that week, to find out if any more work had been completed. The service Manager there, Mike would not return our calls making it very frustrating. Before the end of the week, there were many heated discussions. Finally, the owner himself, Dennis, called and was very nasty on the phone. In return, the conversation got real nasty from both parties ending in a disconnected call. A hurricane was coming and we needed our unit!! They fought us in every way possible. The work did not get completed, and we drove the 70 miles to pick up our unit that had been torn apart and never put back together. The battery was dead, and we had no way to connect to the trailer and pull it away. After three trips to pick it up, and the hiring of another company, we were finally able to pull the unit home. The wiring for our entertainment center, furnace, and refrigerator were all torn apart and hanging exposed wires are all disconnected to date. The blinds and woodwork that were not functioning/broken from the slide outs were not fixed. We also found a container of ice cream they put in the freezer that had melted. We asked why it was put in there, and they said "they were checking the temperature of the freezer". Guess they've never heard of a thermometer? The recall on the furnace, has not been fixed. The automatic jacks were not working. The list goes on!!! Dad's Camper Outlet had submitted the warranty bill to Keystone (Manufacturer) and been paid. Yet the work was not complete!! That is fraud I would say. Keystone has been advised as to what was completed and what was not. That is just wrong!!! I guess they can't afford to keep parts in stock. Small things like the sewer valve that needed replacing even!!! AMAZING!!!! We contacted Dad's Camper Outlet 8 weeks prior to picking our unit up. When we told them we needed the camper, they got very rude and uncooperative. They had the trailer once again for 5 WEEKS!!!!! Uncalled for!!!! If you plan on purchasing a camper from Dad's Campers, please be aware of their inability and uncooperative attitude. I guarantee it will affect you one way or another!!! As the owner stated to us "Because you are a full timer, am I to make an exception for that". How would you like to be put out of your home for 5 weeks??? We are full timers in our fifth wheel because of our jobs, as we travel all over the country to help people in desperate need. All we were asking for, was to get the warranty work completed so we could move on. Please RETHINK purchasing from this dealership. They just don't care!!!!
