The title clerk, Donna, claimed to have never had verbal contact with my lender, and she refused to even send an email to them asking for more information regarding my claim. Their after-the-sale service is non-existent. The staff were nothing but rude, incompetent, good old boys who admitted to being little small town folks who don't know how to deal with big city finance.
