When I went to pick it up it was clear they had left it uncovered in the sun and rain for the entire time and it was in significantly worse condition than when I brought it there. It is inoperable, and now has damage to the digital electronics, dash, steering wheel, gauges, seats, and body. When I questioned Jeff, the incompetent service manager, he said that it hadn't moved since he started working there and they didn't prioritize it because I didn't purchase it there. He also told me they have no indoor storage or insurance for damages that occur while in their care. I tried contacting the owner, Elliot Arroyo directly twice and never got a reply. Absolute BEST customer service possible!!!…read more My friends and I were on the way to the beach (Destin) for the weekend and after one blowout from the used tires I had JUST bought before leaving home in Baton Rouge, I decided I should go ahead and buy NEW tires. We made it all the way to Gulfport before things started to open early in the morning (we were in a BIG HURRY to get to the sand and the sun). I first went to what I assumed would be the cheapest place in town. We were jerked around but then finally told it would be about an hour and a half before my car would be ready. After waiting that long, we went back to check and my car had not even been touched. With so much time wasted at this point, it was a big risk but we made the choice to leave and go elsewhere. That's when I made the GREATEST decision!!! Going to Andy Brown's was THE BEST choice I possibly could have made. As soon as I got there, Andy himself came out to greet me. I explained my situation and he assured me he was going to get me taken care of. Even though he had a very full shop with no place to even put my car, I ended up getting out of there in less than an hour!!! I literally felt like I had been his customer forever and had earned VIP status. THAT is what superior customer service is truly all about!! My friends and I were made to feel comfortable and completely at home the entire home. It was the most ideal way that situation possibly could have gone. I would LOVE to spend my money there over and over again! I just cannot express how wonderful Andy and his team are and how absolutely grateful I am!!!

However, when my car was ready, the alignment wasnt right, so they put it on the rack and fixed that! After paying, i drove halfway home and the balance or something was off because the steering started shaking as if I were going over small boulders or speed humps in the road. When I called, they said to bring it in and they would fix it "first thing "! So, review pending; UPDATED: PERFECT! The tire had slung a weight! They re-balanced, checked the alignment and it's now perfect! Thanks for the great service

The next day while traveling she had a blowout on the drivers side front tire near Livingston, AL on I59. She did not run over anything, it was just a defective tire. The van was towed to a tire store in Livingston that inspected the tire and determined it was defective. They replaced it with different brand, (Toyo). I called Bayou Motors the next day and explained what happened. They said my wife must have hit something and they were not responsible. I will never patronize this business again.

They are professional and MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY ARE HONEST!! I know my way around vehciles and they have NEVER attempted to sell me something I did not need. My wife's car was checked in by Gary who professionally gathered the problem details Friday morning. The shop called that afternoon with diagnosis and upfront pricing. Returned to have the issue re-addressed; he ignored the major symptom (actual noise coming from the actual part) that we pointed out during discussion which was the same part as initial problem). He instead quoted thousands to replace items (that careful investigation would have shown) had nothing to do with the issue. To make matters worse, the quote had the potential to double, and it would have, because the things he proposed to replace were 100% not the issue. His incompetency would have cost upwards of 8K in the long run bc the repair plan was absolutely WRONG. We went elsewhere for the repair. When we returned to his shop to discuss the failure and findings from CORRECT repair; he was very unprofessional before conversation even started. He walked up saying he was "...already in a bad mood..." before conversation even began. Ultimately, he refunded (only) a portion of the costly repair and told us never to come back! As if we would. Which, ironically, is 100% confirmation that this guy lacks critical thinking skills when it matters most. Because after all the wasted money and additional expense-why would we.
