In May 2023, I purchased a brand-new Class A motorhome from them, dealing primarily with Tammy Brannon for financing. She shamelessly pushed me to buy an extended warranty for an additional five years, claiming that it would cover everything once the manufacturer's warranty expired. I was duped into paying around $20,000 for this so-called "extended coverage." Since then, I have had to pay out of pocket more than $5,000 for repairs that should have been covered under the warranty. They have outright refused to pay for essential repairs such as to the washer, heating system, and antifreeze hose--denying claims with blatant lies. This company is nothing but a scam artist operation, making false promises to extract money and then abandoning their customers once they have it. The dealership is completely untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unscrupulous. They will say anything to get your money and then completely ignore you once they have it. Avoid this dealer at all costs--they are con artists and frauds who care only about ripping you off. Do not let them take advantage of you as they did me.

My girlfriend and I went to Joe's to purchase a travel trailer that had been posted on Facebook Marketplace. We were greeted by Joe's Uncle and Joe. They showed us to the camper and allowed us to look around and test the AC, outlets, refrigerator etc. All were in working order. The exterior was a little faded but it is a 15 year old camper. The interior looked amazing for its age. There was some obviously added carpet but Joe assured us there was carpet there prior that was dirty and warn so he replaced it. We inquired about water damage and were told there was no water damage and the roof had just been resealed 6 months prior. Joe said he had purchased the camper from an older lady whose husband was sick and unable to use it. We settled on a price were both happy with. It trailered nice. Everything went downhill we got home. My girlfriend and I planned on changing the flooring and painting some interior surfaces. You know kind of a Pinteresty update. We pulled up that odd carpet and found a half in thick piece of that cheap plywood covering the floor in the galley and bathroom. Uh oh....what is he hiding under here? Pulled that up and found the subfloor to be the consistency of wet paper. No water damage huh Joe? Small update turned into a entire restoration. Long story short. DO NOT go to Joe's RVs & Campers looking for honesty, quality repair work or quality travel trailers. We were lied to from beginning to end. We bought a camper from them on Friday 12/30/22. When looking at it they informed us that there was a previous leak and they had repaired it. Physically you could see the repair. Basically all they did was put a band aid on a bullet hole. We decided to remove the couch in the main area and when we did the carpet was wet. So we dug a little deeper and removed the panel they so called repaired and there was very minor repairs and still wet wood in the area. They didn't even repair the whole area. We read the reviews before arriving, but decided we were going to give them the benefit of the doubt since every situation is different. They seemed like pretty good guys through the whole process of buying, but now we are beating ourselves up pretty bad for giving them a chance. We definitely learned our lesson.

They only had 2 within our scope but they were a no go due to one having undisclosed soft floors and a rotten slideout and the other having the worst smelling black tank, to the point where I was dry heaving just stepping up into the camper. They knew both had issues but management kinda played dumb on it all. They weren't very willing to budge on price or fixes. We entertained our excellent new salesman Tim and started looking at new ones. (Sorry Tim, you were great, but hopefully you find a better opportunity elsewhere) We went back and forth with Cody for a few hours trying to figure out what might work for us, trying to help us decide which camper and to get a lower monthly payment. We settled on a Keystone Passport and started the financing with Justin. Multiple times we requested the loan be processed through Keesler because we have accounts with them and had the backing for approval. After a bit, he came back out and said we had been approved for the full amount through Keesler. Surprisingly, over the next week, we received SEVEN REJECTION LETTERS from lending companies. SEVEN. Seven hard inquiries on our credit reports which has been a demon on our back as we need other financing for a house remodel (which is why we bought this camper in the first place). This has impacted our life in a very negative way due to the careless disregard of their finance department. We have had issues trying to pull credit at other companies because they see we had SEVEN REJECTION LETTERS. They ran our credit with companies after we told them to only apply through Keesler. They disregarded our requests and absolutely destroyed any chance we had on pulling out a loan for materials for the remodel. On Friday, while we were signing the finance paperwork, we requested a topper for the slide out. They did not listen to how we wanted it done, which was supposed to be ALL through Keesler. The slideout topper was installed on Monday and the camper was delivered on Tuesday. We had to pay $600 cash for delivery even though on Friday we had asked for EVERY LITTLE THING to be bundled into the Keesler loan. More money out of pocket which they were repeatedly told was something we did not want to do. We had to pay the delivery fee in cash otherwise we'd be without it, felt like a hostage situation. Fast forward to the current week. I had been receiving calls from Lendmark (they were one of the seven rejection letters) and I thought it was just spam so I was ignoring the calls. I received two back to back calls so I answered it and it turns out County Line opened ANOTHER loan in our name for the $1300 slide topper. We had no documentation for any of this. We went to Lendmark in Gulfport in person to see the documents. Justin or whoever in the finance department appeared to FORGE OUR SIGNATURE to another loan instead of calling us and explaining the situation. The kind lady at Lendmark said they have stopped doing business with County Line because we were the FIFTH customers who didn't even know they had a loan with Lendmark. They called County Line on speaker and the owner Rob was eluding to the fact that we were being difficult because we didn't want to pay, even though we told the lady at Lendmark multiple times that we could pay in full that day if everything lined up. A forgery on three different agreements absolutely dissolved that offer. After discussing with Rob and telling him our issues about principalities and how we could come in next week but we would be bringing our attorney, he said Justin was no longer with the company and he would be taking care of the $1300 slide topper. He was accommodating after he realized we were not the ones that were going to back down. I appreciate that he is flipping the bill for this fiasco but I appreciate more that Justin is no longer there because if he was, we would have been pressing charges for the SEVEN hard credit hits that tanked our credit. We bought a 5 year warranty and Rob stated that if there were issues that needed to be fixed, we would have to pay for materials. What's the point of the warranty if this is the case? Overall, I regret even stepping foot in County Line and I am actively looking for another company to do the warranty work. I do not recommend this company.
