This was one of a handful of RV stores we visited over a few days of shopping. Not the best, or…read moreworst, of the lot, so an a-okay 3 star rating feels right. It was on a Monday, which often means the all-star staff isn't onsite. We were greeted and offered the assistance of a sales person who showed us around, but wasn't super knowledgeable about the products and current availability. He did follow up with an email later, which is commendable.

I called Foleys and a nice woman answered the phone. She told me they did have a 25' cord; the woman was waiting at the front door for me. She said she waited on me; it was before 6:00 pm. I walked in paid and left, maybe 3 minutes later. I thought 25' extension would be enough. It wasn't. I was about 5' short. Because of Cruisen with the Coast, I waited to bring cord back today. I was told no return on electric items ( sign was hidden behind sign stating labor costs, I think. Woman came and advised no returns per manager (I paid 90.00) because they had no way to test it to make sure I didn't do something to it! They repair Rv in back but didn't have any way to test it? They just assumed I would damage and return? I'm not like that! They could have tested. What liars. And you want to trust them with your Airstream? You deserve what you get; I warned you. Some great southern hospitality there! Oh Caucasian woman who sold me cord without stating ANYTHING about refunds said I should try to sell online knowing full well I was traveling. I did look into but then found Foley's prices were about 30% higher than anyone else on the coast!

Beware of Joe's RVs & Campers…read more Should have known from the second I turned down the driveway to this place to bail. My girlfriend and I went to Joe's to purchase a travel trailer that had been posted on Facebook Marketplace. We were greeted by Joe's Uncle and Joe. They showed us to the camper and allowed us to look around and test the AC, outlets, refrigerator etc. All were in working order. The exterior was a little faded but it is a 15 year old camper. The interior looked amazing for its age. There was some obviously added carpet but Joe assured us there was carpet there prior that was dirty and warn so he replaced it. We inquired about water damage and were told there was no water damage and the roof had just been resealed 6 months prior. Joe said he had purchased the camper from an older lady whose husband was sick and unable to use it. We settled on a price were both happy with. It trailered nice. Everything went downhill we got home. My girlfriend and I planned on changing the flooring and painting some interior surfaces. You know kind of a Pinteresty update. We pulled up that odd carpet and found a half in thick piece of that cheap plywood covering the floor in the galley and bathroom. Uh oh....what is he hiding under here? Pulled that up and found the subfloor to be the consistency of wet paper. No water damage huh Joe? Small update turned into a entire restoration. Long story short. DO NOT go to Joe's RVs & Campers looking for honesty, quality repair work or quality travel trailers. We were lied to from beginning to end. Silver lining, the only thing quality I will be getting out of this is the time spent with my girlfriend working on this thing.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I wasn't…read moregoing to leave a review, but after reading my messages and not responding I figured it would be best to inform others of the bullshit we are going through. We bought a camper from them on Friday 12/30/22. When looking at it they informed us that there was a previous leak and they had repaired it. Physically you could see the repair. Basically all they did was put a band aid on a bullet hole. We decided to remove the couch in the main area and when we did the carpet was wet. So we dug a little deeper and removed the panel they so called repaired and there was very minor repairs and still wet wood in the area. They didn't even repair the whole area. We read the reviews before arriving, but decided we were going to give them the benefit of the doubt since every situation is different. They seemed like pretty good guys through the whole process of buying, but now we are beating ourselves up pretty bad for giving them a chance. We definitely learned our lesson.

Had multiple problems, but the worst was the steps you had to let down from the inside. But upon doing this and entering, you couldn't close the door. After bringing it back for multiple alignment adjustments, they finally tied a rope to the steps and said "PULL THEM IN BEHIND YOU TO SHUT THE DOOR " Not joking. Finally couldn't stand it a day longer, traded it for a used Motorhome. Again paid cash in full for the difference. They held up my TITLE PAPERWORK FOR MONTHS. It wasn't until I call the State office in Jackson, was told zero paperwork had been filled by company. Jackson sent the company a demand letter that would make your head spin..... Received my TITLE in approximately 7 days. So many other complaints of not making repairs, not ordering parts or correct parts, not returning phone calls, forever saying that.... person is unavailable. The list goes on and on... Beware, they come on nice, helpful, promise you the world but watch out they change their attitude overnight. I know of one other person that the company held up their TITLE - I'd love to know if this is a regular event? Please speak up. They also seem to go through a lot of employee turnover... I'd love to know what they have to say about the company.

They also stole the black faucet from my trailer and replaced it with a leaking broken chrome faucet which they didn't even install properly. Their service department is as crooked as they come. Here are pictures of the black faucet I dropped it off with that they stole and a picture of the one broken leaking chrome one they fraudulently installed. UPDATE: Rob the general manager agreed to give me the black faucet only if I agreed to take down this review. He is rude and perfectly exemplified this dealerships lack of quality customer service as well as moral and ethical service. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR TRAILER HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
