    Chris in Service has impressed us from the start and changed our whole negative perspective about every Camping World that we ever had a experience with. He was able to contact our manufacturer and get repairs covered that were originally only good for a year, but because our dealership sold to Camping World we were told to go through them bc forest river wouldn't call us back. So very reluctantly, we did, and we couldn't be happier with the service we got. Since we have changed our whole perspective from their professionalism. The job was well done!     Can not comment on sales but service do not bother. I took my Camping World purchased camper (from an Indiana Camping World) in for some insurance repairs as well as a few I am paying for. The camper arrived the end of April 2017, in June the insurance check arrived with the stated repairs they were paying for. Kaitlyn from Service helped me to argue with insurance and actually send out an adjuster to get schooled on campers. In July all was figured out and my ok was given for the repairs I need to pay for. As of August no parts had been ordered, meaning insurance repair parts that they already had the check for, I called the Vendor myself to find this out. I reported them to the BBB on August 2nd for all the issues that are going on with my camper, mold being the largest issue and they do not care. The camper sat for over a month untarped, I brought in the 2 tarps and bungees so that they could tarp the camper. It is now September and only the one part for the front legs on the unit came in. Service there is anything but acceptable, find somewhere else to go. I am also an Elite Sams club member and that means nothing to them. The only person who has been upfront with me and not been scrambling and telling tales to corporate to keep their job is Kaitlyn, she is the best person they have. My suggestion run do not walk to a more reputable company for Service. I am not the only one who feels this way, all you have to do is talk to Service at other dealers and see how many are Camping World Units and get told by the owner why it did not go back. I am a believer. I know have a loan and a camper that is so full of mold it will never be useable and Camping World says your problem not ours. They have the means to have stopped the issue but I was told once the unit hits their lot they are not responsible for it, thank you service Mgr. Know you are nothing to them but a $ sign, no more no less, and if you get lost in shuffle not their problem either. Run run run away from Service at Camping World here in Biloxi. It is Now 7 Months and Camping World STILL has my camper, called last week said it was finished and only half of the insurance work was done. The Vent Caps still had not been replaced, the light fixture over my table was taken down, screws are lost and so are the lampshades. So now I just have wires hanging out of the ceiling. This on top of the water damage they caused and tried to get my insurance to pay for, the Insurance said NO. They do not care, I have now turned them into the BBB as well as the Mississippi Attorney General. I have called their home office in Kentucky 4 times and Biloxi Camping World has never responded, my solution is they can now pay the camper off and keep it, have told the Home Office in Kentucky this. Never Again, RUN FROM CAMPING WORLD no matter where they are located. I have been back to Camping World of Biloxi and the new service manager tried talking to the Store Manager Rob. Rob has stated all the issues are my fault and yet in front of my daughter told me how to commit Insurance fraud. Run from these people they have no inclination to fix their issues or correct problems they created. I now have an unuseable camper and have 3 years left to pay and as I was told we are bigger than you sue me, thanks George for those kind words. Camping world took 7 months to supposedly fix the drivers side front of my camper and in less than 6 months the skin is bubbling and can not even get an answer as to if they will fix it or not. Shitty work, shitty service and the not our problem attitude. Do yourself a favor and just stay away. Can tell you having been there enough I am not the only unhappy service customer. My neighbor purchased a new camper almost a year ago, has had the camper back 3 times for a leak and it is still not fixed. Find a different Rv dealer, check reviews and comments but stay away from Camping World of Biloxi. Just went to use this camper for the first time and found Camping World stoke my power cord, add on plug ins and water hose.

    my husband tried on several sizes of the same pants with the same type of button and he wanted to…read moresize down again so I went to go find that size... I handed them to my husband and without even trying them on fully he noticed the button was broken... I brought the pants over to the owner so that they didn't go back into circulation broken again. I explained that my husband noticed the broken button and he jumped to the conclusion my husband broke the snap. I explained that my husband did not do the damage. He dismissed my version of events and walked back behind me as I returned to my husband to MANSPLAIN how the button worked because again he assumed my husband broke the button. I guess I should have just put them back on the shelf broken but I did what I thought was the right thing to bring it to their attention. we will never shop there again even though we like the store... I would rather drive to New Orleans or Mobile.

This is a throwback to what shopping at a decent department store used to be, and well worth it. I felt like royalty for the way i was treated there, the owner made it a point to insure I had everything I needed and all of my questions answered. Highly recommend this excellent store!
