County Line Campers

County Line Campers

(28 reviews)

My wife and I were having issues with our Opus Op4, we stopped in to County Line Camper and we're…read morecreated by the service staff with a smile. We were able to get our issue resolved and we're lucky enough to meet Rob Adkison the owner. Thanks guy.

Hey all! County Line really pushes for reviews and I always hold off until the dust settles so I…read morecan give a fair account. We went in looking at their used campers which were in our budget. They only had 2 within our scope but they were a no go due to one having undisclosed soft floors and a rotten slideout and the other having the worst smelling black tank, to the point where I was dry heaving just stepping up into the camper. They knew both had issues but management kinda played dumb on it all. They weren't very willing to budge on price or fixes. We entertained our excellent new salesman Tim and started looking at new ones. (Sorry Tim, you were great, but hopefully you find a better opportunity elsewhere) We went back and forth with Cody for a few hours trying to figure out what might work for us, trying to help us decide which camper and to get a lower monthly payment. We settled on a Keystone Passport and started the financing with Justin. Multiple times we requested the loan be processed through Keesler because we have accounts with them and had the backing for approval. After a bit, he came back out and said we had been approved for the full amount through Keesler. Surprisingly, over the next week, we received SEVEN REJECTION LETTERS from lending companies. SEVEN. Seven hard inquiries on our credit reports which has been a demon on our back as we need other financing for a house remodel (which is why we bought this camper in the first place). This has impacted our life in a very negative way due to the careless disregard of their finance department. We have had issues trying to pull credit at other companies because they see we had SEVEN REJECTION LETTERS. They ran our credit with companies after we told them to only apply through Keesler. They disregarded our requests and absolutely destroyed any chance we had on pulling out a loan for materials for the remodel. On Friday, while we were signing the finance paperwork, we requested a topper for the slide out. They did not listen to how we wanted it done, which was supposed to be ALL through Keesler. The slideout topper was installed on Monday and the camper was delivered on Tuesday. We had to pay $600 cash for delivery even though on Friday we had asked for EVERY LITTLE THING to be bundled into the Keesler loan. More money out of pocket which they were repeatedly told was something we did not want to do. We had to pay the delivery fee in cash otherwise we'd be without it, felt like a hostage situation. Fast forward to the current week. I had been receiving calls from Lendmark (they were one of the seven rejection letters) and I thought it was just spam so I was ignoring the calls. I received two back to back calls so I answered it and it turns out County Line opened ANOTHER loan in our name for the $1300 slide topper. We had no documentation for any of this. We went to Lendmark in Gulfport in person to see the documents. Justin or whoever in the finance department appeared to FORGE OUR SIGNATURE to another loan instead of calling us and explaining the situation. The kind lady at Lendmark said they have stopped doing business with County Line because we were the FIFTH customers who didn't even know they had a loan with Lendmark. They called County Line on speaker and the owner Rob was eluding to the fact that we were being difficult because we didn't want to pay, even though we told the lady at Lendmark multiple times that we could pay in full that day if everything lined up. A forgery on three different agreements absolutely dissolved that offer. After discussing with Rob and telling him our issues about principalities and how we could come in next week but we would be bringing our attorney, he said Justin was no longer with the company and he would be taking care of the $1300 slide topper. He was accommodating after he realized we were not the ones that were going to back down. I appreciate that he is flipping the bill for this fiasco but I appreciate more that Justin is no longer there because if he was, we would have been pressing charges for the SEVEN hard credit hits that tanked our credit. We bought a 5 year warranty and Rob stated that if there were issues that needed to be fixed, we would have to pay for materials. What's the point of the warranty if this is the case? Overall, I regret even stepping foot in County Line and I am actively looking for another company to do the warranty work. I do not recommend this company.

Rv Collision Repair - Custom paint work

Rv Collision Repair

We must post our experience at RV Collision, Theodore, AL…read more From initial phone contact, through an estimate, await parts for an 'orphaned' coach, turn over our home (we are full timers), work performed & delivery back to us; we were treated with respect, evolved in all processes, & treated like we owned the shop. We were given a tour of the state of the art facility, our "work to be done" was explained as to where, who & how it would be complete, and the damage assessed & estimation on cost given. A wait on some parts to be custom made, but during this time we were able to keep our home. Once parts arrived, work was completed in less time than we were told it would take. The professional paint, body work and attention to details is awesome. This folks KNOW THE BUSINESS! Their work and attitudes speak volumes of what a great service they are giving to the South East R.V. community. Thank You ALL at RVC!

Very slow for some pretty minor repairs plus I strongly suspect that they seriously over estimate…read moretheir labor times in order to pad the bill thus are overcharging. I was going to give these crooks 2 stars until I noticed not only did the technician failed to clean up his own mess but the nasty so-and-so also used my toilet and didn't even bother to flush it. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY! Further, if you will look there is a very suspicious high rating which Yelp wouldn't publish and based on my personal experiences with these folks, believe it is because the rating was done by an employee or someone otherwise associated with the business. You have been warned, but they will never get another dime from me.

Johnson Tire Service - The separation between the master cylinder and the hydro boost

Johnson Tire Service

(12 reviews)

**Review for Johnson Tire Service, Vancleave, Mississippi**…read more I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid Johnson Tire Service in Vancleave, Mississippi. My experiences with them have been incredibly frustrating and costly, and I hope my review helps others steer clear of this business. After nearly a year of doing business with them, I failed to recognize the numerous warning signs regarding their workmanship. I initially had issues with leaking wheel seals and a radiator replacement that turned into a disaster. Just three weeks after they replaced the radiator, I had to replace it again. While the radiator itself was covered under warranty, I still had to pay for labor and service due to their installation mishaps. These were clear indicators of their poor quality of work that I regret not taking seriously. Fast forward to a later incident involving my trailer. They replaced a tire for me, but instead of installing the 16-ply tire I specifically requested, they put on a 14-ply tire. Two weeks later, while delivering a load in Kentucky, my trailer caught fire. The cause? The lug nuts on the tire they installed were over-torqued, leading to a failure of the stud, which generated enough heat to ignite a fire. I spent over $4,500 with Johnson Tire Service, only to turn around and spend an additional $8,000 to fix my trailer, cover towing bills, and pay for hotels while sorting everything out. After the trailer fire and getting it repaired, I was driving on the interstate in traffic when I had to brake suddenly for another vehicle that cut me off. I heard a loud pop and lost all brake pressure. Fortunately, I managed to park safely and had to tow my vehicle again to a repair facility. Upon inspection, they found that the hydro boost Johnson Tire had installed had over-torqued bolts, causing the area where the bolts fastened to crack and ultimately separate the brake booster from the hydro boost. Additionally, some of the trailer's brakes had never worked properly before the fire, despite being told that everything was in working order after Johnson Tire performed a DOT inspection. This lack of proper inspection and maintenance left me in a dangerous situation, and I lost numerous loads and incurred multiple towing bills, leaving me out of commission for more than three weeks. Although they initially reassured me that the hydro boost part was covered under warranty, the manufacturer determined the failure was due to installation issues, leaving me with another $3,500 bill. To add insult to injury, Johnson Tire Service refused to reimburse me for that expense as well. In summary, Johnson Tire Service gives a bad name to the automotive service industry. They lack professionalism, integrity, and accountability, and their negligence has caused me significant financial loss and left me with dangerous situations. I urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Your safety and hard-earned money deserve much better than what Johnson Tire Service has to offer. Don't make the same mistake I did--choose a reputable business that stands by its work and values its customers.

Very helpful group of guys Jerry hooked me up and up and had me on my way. Car still drives great…read moreno issues had an alignment and 2 mount/balance. Price was cheaper than expected as well!
