Wish I could give them no stars. Horrible company. Buyer beware. First camper I bought, new, paid cash in full. Had multiple problems, but the worst was the steps you had to let down from the inside. But upon doing this and entering, you couldn't close the door. After bringing it back for multiple alignment adjustments, they finally tied a rope to the steps and said "PULL THEM IN BEHIND YOU TO SHUT THE DOOR " Not joking. Finally couldn't stand it a day longer, traded it for a used Motorhome. Again paid cash in full for the difference. They held up my TITLE PAPERWORK FOR MONTHS. It wasn't until I call the State office in Jackson, was told zero paperwork had been filled by company. Jackson sent the company a demand letter that would make your head spin..... Received my TITLE in approximately 7 days. So many other complaints of not making repairs, not ordering parts or correct parts, not returning phone calls, forever saying that.... person is unavailable. The list goes on and on... Beware, they come on nice, helpful, promise you the world but watch out they change their attitude overnight. ​ I know of one other person that the company held up their TITLE - I'd love to know if this is a regular event? Please speak up. They also seem to go through a lot of employee turnover... I'd love to know what they have to say about the company. read more

DO NOT REPAIR YOUR TRAILER WITH COUNTY LINE!!!!! Not only did they take months and months to "repair" my trailer, they did not do the work that they charged for nor did they do the required repairs the trailer needed. They also stole the black faucet from my trailer and replaced it with a leaking broken chrome faucet which they didn't even install properly. Their service department is as crooked as they come. Here are pictures of the black faucet I dropped it off with that they stole and a picture of the one broken leaking chrome one they fraudulently installed. UPDATE: Rob the general manager agreed to give me the black faucet only if I agreed to take down this review. This was the worst experience I have had at a dealership. I hadn't seen the RV but went ahead and went through the financing by the pictures I saw online. They were very pushy trying to get the to put a down payment of 3k on it before I even looked at it. I brought them the whole down payment in a cashier check. Now I know that being a 2002 RV there could be a few scratches here and there and it might not have been perfect. I got there and was taken to look at it and the first impression was how dirty it was . They knew I was coming to purchase the RV and drive it back home. The refrigerator and microwave were disgustingly dirty. Then I started noticing major problems. The fan in the bathroom was just hanging and the screen was off of it. The door to the storage under the bed was just laying there. I went to pull the shower curtain out and it wouldn't close. Started looking at the storage underneath the RV and noticed water damage in several of the storage places. Then I was told they couldn't pull out the main awning because it was ripped. Went ahead to test drive it and noticed the air conditioning was on max and turned to the highest level and nothing was coming out. The guy (Cody) that was showing the rv kept saying I feel a little air coming out of it. I asked the friend with me to feel it and he said he didn't feel anything either. So went ahead to take it for the test drive and didn't even drive it 5 minutes and I was soaking wet because the air conditioner wasn't working at all. By that time I was really getting worried about the condition of the RV. Cody said he swore the air conditioning was working when it was brought in. Went in and immediately was told they had an appointment to get the air conditioning fixed so they already knew there was a problem with the system. They wanted me to go ahead and sign all the paperwork and purchase the RV before the air conditioning was fixed. I said I wouldn't purchase it until I knew that the air conditioning in the front cab was working and they were going to have to fix the issues that weren't just some cosmetic issues. They told me that they wouldn't fix it until I purchased it. The manager said they could sell it as is how much would I pay. I jokingly said 10k, but I wouldn't have purchased it at that price with all the problems it had. They of course said no and it was already a deal at the price listed. It was a 2007 Winnebago Aspect 26A and they wanted 25k with all the problems and told me that was a good deal. They did the offer to fix the air conditioner but only after I purchased it. Also said they had several buyers for it. I wasn't purchasing it until I knew for sure that the air conditioning was fixed period and got up and left. I went back in and showed my certified check made out to them and told the manager see I really was ready to purchase the RV and I said you knew I was coming to buy it and drive it home that day. I then told him that it was just bad business to not let me know all the problems it had and not even being cleaned. He just looked at me and told me I needed to leave. I didn't raise my voice just stated the facts because it ended up being a two hour drive over there with traffic and I felt they waisted my time. I had been shopping RV's and the listings would tell the brand, mileage length etc, and told of anything that wasn't working. Their website told the amended and said there were even more. Come look at it to see the rest of the features. It said everything was in working order. Well everything wasn't in working order and there were no additional features. I stopped by a couple of dealerships on the way back and they weren't pushy, the RV's I looked at were clean! I got a text from the owner asking how they did. I listed all the problems and said no need to continue the conversation because I already found a new RV that was clean, less mileage and the only cosmetic problem I saw was the dining table didn't look very nice but was acceptable. I knew I could buy new laminate and make it look better on my own. Don't let this dealership pressure you! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! read more

When I bought the 2023 PrimeTime Crusader 260RDD 5th wheel camper at County Line Campers on 1/24/2024, it came with a solar system already installed with a single lead-acid battery. I asked for 2 lithium-ion batteries to be installed, because I had heard that they were better for RV solar systems, two would provide more capacity, and we would be doing some dry camping. They agreed and said they would take care of us and give us the best deal and price they could. The cost was almost $2,000. We are now in Arizona (4/23/24) and are preparing to head home to Minnesota and will be doing some dry camping on the way. To test for that, I shut off shore power to see how long the batteries would last; they died about six hours after sunset! I called an RV service tech who made an on-site service call and told me: 1. The batteries installed were too small: they were 60AH batteries 2. The refrigerator drew about 19 amps (over 190 watts) and, alone, would drain the batteries in about 5 hours. 3. The shore power convertor had not been changed from lead-acid batteries to lithium-ion batteries and, therefore, was only charging to 13.8 volts, not 14.5 volts as required. 4. The solar convertor had not been set up for lithium-ion batteries, either. In fact, it had no lithium-ion setting available and had to be set for "User" defined battery with settings entered manually according to the batteries' specifications. read more

I found them online and went to see the Winnebago. Their ad stated they gave discounts for military and they don't! The initial contract had my taxes at 7% vice 5%. I had already figured up the taxes and caught the mistake. They changed the contract. Difference of $900. They supposedly did a 47 point inspection on the Winnebago. The inspection was never provided. Their technician walked us around the Winnebago demonstrated the features. He told me they had replaced the batteries in the fire alarms, but only one was operational. The technicia, also told me the diesel engine didn't require DEF, which odd since there was a half gallon in the storage bin. I had to go back to County line again due to mileage on paperwork being wrong To resign all documents. We paid cash for the Winnebago, but the title paperwork was still not filed after 3 weeks. Multiple calls were made Before any action was taken. That had not even sent sales tax to the state! I told them at start of negotiation, that I didn't like lies or deceptions! They did both. Review These people are beyond incompetent. Our camper was brand new when we purchased it in early October. After the first use a few days after we purchased it, we noticed an issue with the battery and it was missing a shade. We pick it up a couple of days before Thanksgiving and the battery is dead again and now one of our awnings won't open. After bringing it in a third time, it stays there since the end of November to mid February. We received multiple calls in between saying it was ready, but when we questioned whether our issues were resolved, they either say that wasn't on the list or just that it hadn't been done. It's not like we had a long list of items to fix. How do you call a customer more than once to pick up when it's not fixed? OnJanuary 18th, we go to pick it up. Can you believe when we try to pick it up today, we can't even check the awning because the battery is dead! There is a girl, Katie, in the service department, but my husband has been there on at least 3 occasions and she's always at lunch or out. We purchased this camper the 2nd week of October of 2022, but have only been able to use it twice because it has been in the shop the rest of the time. Apparently on January 18th, it's still not fixed! To say we are disappointed is a tremendous understatement! We understand things happen with campers, but if basic issues can't be resolved, how could you think they have the capability to even address a larger issue. We also own a boat, so we understand toys have issues, but in the 3 1/2 months we have owned it, it's been in the shop all but 2 weeks. In all my life, I have never seen anything like this ever. On February 13th, we just decided to pick it up because who knows when the parts will be in or honestly if they were even ordered. Can you believe 5 people couldn't figure out how to log into the computer? When they called, "Katie" to help, she again was nowhere to be found. You can't make this up! While, purchasing the camper was an easy experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm so disappointed in the after sale service here. I really wanted to give them a 5 star rating, but I can't. The Sales, Finance, and admin staff are stellar. After that, not so much. We were given a battery that won't hold charge. It's an easy fix and I walk away a grateful customer who gives a 5 star review. We brought the battery in, they tested it, said it was fine and charged it. 2 days later we pick it up 1/2 charged and it completely dies overnight. It wasn't reconnected to the camper. I just wanted them to swap it out. I left a message which wasn't returned. When I finally got someone on the phone, they don't believe me and want me to drop the camper off to test again. I am not able to do that nor would I for a battery that died NOT hooked up. Regardless, I was told Interstate Battery (45 min away) would give me credit when I buy another one. Seriously? Took it to Interstate Battery and they confirmed it was bad. They replaced it at no charge. So the dealership knowingly sent us back with a bad battery which could have been really bad if we couldn't hook up to shore power. I hope I dont have any bigger issues with this unit because I'm probably on my own with the manufacturer if this is how they do things. It's a shame because the front house staff is so good. read more
