Decided to purchase a pop-up ,couple chairs, and a folding table. Store was great , employees where great and friendly. But I tried to originally make my purchase online for pickup at the store on my way to help the kid. But I couldn't complete my purchase because I am from California ‍ I don't like it either. But the online wouldn't accept my card. But I used the same card at the store. Just a little frustrating when you are trying to save time and can't. The stars are for the online service.

Went to the register to do an even exchange and to have the remaining $5 put back on my original debit card. Manager said their "return system was down" and had to ring it up as a "no receipt return" even though I had my receipt from the day before. Manager said I would get the $45 back on a gift card which I was going to use immediately to buy the $40 shorts. Cashier, Rayvin, showed clear signs of incompetence of her cashier and customer skills. Ended up leaving with no gift card and no money back. The new pair of shorts rang up as $36 but Rayvin said it showed up in their system as an "even exchange." We stood there for 30 minutes and lost $5 or $9 in the process of exchanging a pair of shorts that was more expensive than the ones I received. Was late for the birthday party so I left without getting a clear answer. Upset that the employee's lack of knowledge and skill prolonged a simple exchange process. She said to her other manager "she was ready to go home" so she tried to gaslight us by saying it was an even exchange. How is it "even" if the receipt says the new pair was $36 (currently $40) and I paid $45 for the other pair the day before?

He took the time to get us both fitted even though it was technically after hours. Turns out he had been on the same hike we had planned and gave us some good tips. The store isn't huge, but he packs a lot in there. Overall, great service & a nice place to walk around and drool over the merchandise.

It doesn't have all the flim flam stuff like those places, but it does have an excellent selection of items. In order to help you determine of you should visit, I'll break down a few of their key selections: Clothes - camouflage everything. Seriously, if you can wear it, they have it in camo. They even had a ghillie suit for sale. Hell yes. They also had a very nice selection of outdoor boots and shoes. Knives - There was a display of the reasonably priced knives and a display case with the more expensive ones. I didn't get to check out the case, but I did pick up a sweet knife sharpener. My ZT will be razor sharp in no time. Guns - Meh. Don't get me wrong, there were an enormous amount of guns. It was the prices that turned me off. I guess the prices are on par with other shops, but if I'm buying a gun, im getting it cheaper than they sell it. Safes - Lots of display safes and about half hadn't been locked so I could view the insides. Maps - That's right. It's 2016 and some people still use a road atlas. They had plenty of LA and several other states. They also had compasses including lensatic varieties. Food - They had the freeze dried backpacking stuff, but they also had a ton of beef jerky. Besides the typical big name brands, they had other varieties too. I picked up a back of the sweet heat and it was gone by the time I great home. Fishing - everything except big boats. They did have kayaks. Ice chests - Overpriced ice chests from Yeti and others? Check. This store pretty much has it all. I enjoyed my first visit and will be back soon.

They even mount and boresight optics for free on purchases made from SW and also offer firearm cleaning services.
