On a Saturday…read moreafternoon our Anderson 5th wheel hitch collapsed and dropped our 5th wheel through our trucks tailgate and the RV ending up on the front jacks in the middle of an interstate entrance ramp. Being 1300 miles from home, and Johnny's service center being closed, I took the chance that maybe one of their sales associates might still be around. I was in luck, a salesman who was just leaving for the day picked up the phone and after explaining my dilemma, he readily agreed to have our RV towed to Johnny's service center. Monday morning 8:00am I arrived at Johnny's and the great folks in the service center immediately began working on my RV along with installing a new hitch for our truck. Each and every employee I came in contact with was upbeat and with an attitude of we'll get this situation fixed for you and get you back on the road. They totally delivered on that promise and I couldn't have been happier! Thank you Johnny's for making a bad situation turn into a positive! Mark Scott

I paid Johnny's well over $1K for the job but had to take my RV back twice to finally get it done right, and which is totally unacceptable. We were given a tour of the state of the art facility, our "work to be done" was explained as to where, who & how it would be complete, and the damage assessed & estimation on cost given. A wait on some parts to be custom made, but during this time we were able to keep our home. Once parts arrived, work was completed in less time than we were told it would take. The professional paint, body work and attention to details is awesome. This folks KNOW THE BUSINESS! TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY! Further, if you will look there is a very suspicious high rating which Yelp wouldn't publish and based on my personal experiences with these folks, believe it is because the rating was done by an employee or someone otherwise associated with the business. They never pressured the sale but were the only ones who were true to their word from the get go. 1st day was pouring rain so we went back the next and had narrowed it down to two, when we went back the second day he made us an offer we couldn't refuse, ended up not getting either of our top two and instead ended up with our dream camper for way less than anything we had seen or been offered!
