We paid 1/2 for the camper to be moved from Michigan to Alabama. There was a potential hurricane and we waited 4 days and notified Blue Compass. Was told "We don't know why it is not here and we don't have the delivery persons name or number" Really? Called the next day and was told "It's in a little town outside Nashville" Called the next day and was told by Rodney that "I expect it here this afternoon" Explained to him that we were taking off from work to have the hitch placed on vehicle. He said he would call me back by 5pm. He did not call back and I called the following morning. I was informed that Rodney called out sick and Tyler was off. I asked to speak with someone in charge. The general manager Keith Taylor was in store. He stated he is the general manager of the Mobile and Montgomery store. He called back and stated, "Corporate pulled the sale because it should have never gotten that far. We will lose $3000. " So, we waited 8 days for them to not honor our legally binding contract. I asked that someone from corporate call me and I have not heard from anyone. We did get our deposit back and that is about all. DO NOT buy from this RV store.

I bought a new 2019 Bullitt Mustang in 2020 that had been sitting on the lot a whole year. It had…read moregone through the dealer's "scratch washing" bay so many times that the Highland Green metallic paint was dull from micro-scratches and swirls. I got an awesome deal on the car and figured I could get the scratches mostly out on my own. I was rescued by one of Cameron and Gavin's customers who sent me to Down South Detail - WOW that was like winning the lotto! These craftsmen did a paint correction detail plus a ceramic coating that made the metallic dark green paint GLOW in bright daylight or dark! Not even a hint of scratches or swirls left. They also did the black wheels which stay clean much longer, and stay shiny! Gavin even got carried away and got in the engine bay shining up metal, painted, and plastic parts that glow now too! Now I get stopped on the street by complete strangers asking me about the paint. I tell them it's "Down South" Highland Green! So of course I left them my 3 year old Black Harley Low Rider "S" with the dark gold wheels that always get grimy from dirt and brake dust. It has a lot of miles and swirl marks plus a dozen real scratches on the tank where my knees hugged it during "oh crap" moments in the Rocky Mts. Again these new family members of mine presented me with a Harley that looked brand new - with all scratches and swirls Gone! Again, Gavin went wild and polished aluminum and stainless steel parts, and even polished and coated my gauge lenses which bead up nicely in the rain. The gold wheels stay bright and clean sooo easily now, and are a breeze to clean! I have been to numerous detail shops around the country, but Cameron and Gavin perform at higher level than I ever though possible. THANKS!

I Brought my Jeep CJ 7 in for a fuel gauge and new ignition, left it for 3 weeks…read more 1200 and change dollars later I leave and key works but fuel gauge doesn't. When I called they said oh when didn't hook It up yet. So 1200 for a new key and tumbler. I was recommended to this place and is the worst mechanic and business I have ever used. I am 47 and have multiple vehicles. They offered no resolution when I wrote and email saying how disappointed I was with the service. They Just responded we didn't hook It up. They actually removed the Jeep harness and jerry rigged it to work. They didn't leave it in the Jeep! Then through it away. 980 to replace it plus install. Now one year later the tumbler doesn't work on the ignition. The Work they did is so shady - they put in the wrong ignition!! I can only warn you how un-professional and un-knowledgeable these people are. Other places have been much better les at pep boys, Parrish, etc. I just wanted to warn anyone looking.
