Daddy Diamonds was a completely random discovery after finishing dinner across the street at Grandmaster Recorders. When we went, they had all their games available to play for free. I loved how vintage and old school they were. Dangerous and unprofessional behavior from the general manager I'm a medical professional who is licensed in ACLS and ATLS. I was attending a show here when an older patron suddenly collapsed. When it became clear he couldn't stand, I helped him lie flat and told the general manager to call 911. He replied, "We don't need 911." Recognizing the urgency, I stepped outside and called 911 myself. Through the window, I saw the bartender trying to prop the disoriented man onto a barstool, a move that directly contradicts basic emergency care guidelines. Then he went back to serving drinks! When paramedics arrived, the bartender came outside shouting, "I told you not to call 911!" and even attempted to turn the EMTs away. The patient was ultimately transported and hospitalized, confirming that emergency care was absolutely necessary. Refusing to call 911 for a collapsed and confused elderly patron is reckless, negligent, and shockingly unprofessional This incident reflects an alarming lack of judgment and empathy, and it placed a vulnerable person at real medical risk. Had such a great time here. The vibe is super fun and laid back, and it's the kind of place you end up staying longer than you planned. The bar service was great--drinks came out fast and were really well made. Huge shoutout to Danny, the manager, who was incredibly friendly and made everyone feel welcome. You can tell he really cares about the place and the customers. One of the coolest things about this spot is the vintage games. It adds a fun, nostalgic touch and gives you something to do while hanging out with friends. They also had live music when we were there, which made the whole atmosphere even better. Incredible vibe and very good bands on the weekends. All the games are free, just look for the silver button. The bartender, owner, and sound guy are often in a jovial mood and like to show off the bar's (incredible) sound system. I once took six shits there jn the same night and people were mad bc they each took a really long time. To be fair, that particular restroom was functionally out of order the entire time I was in there, and if I had been an urgently-needing-to-shit person standing in line I would have immediately filed a complaint right there on the floor but as it is the decor is phenomenal and even though food isn't always happening, when it is, it's amazing. I'm just saying, this is the good weird bar in this part of Hollywood and you should probably go there. read more

Ambiance and vibes were incredible at this bar, and would absolutely love to give this place another chance if it wasn't for the rude and disrespectful bartender named Danny. Not only is he rude and disrespectful to his own customers but he treats his musical guests horribly, he got in multiple of my friends faces throughout the night and just had an overall nasty attitude from the moment the event started to the moment it ended, was really ruining the vibes for everyone, overall he was not professional and definitely does not seem like someone capable of hosting any events with live musicians as he does not have a grasp or understanding of proper etiquette for things like this, very disappointing to see read more

The goal of the bartender here was clearly to make us feel uncomfortable. He served everyone White before us. Every time we walked up he pretended to be on the phone. First of all the place just looks cool as hell with all the old timey circus paraphernalia. The old video games, some of which I've never seen before, are free to play. Do they all work? No. But again, free. The vibrating chair works if you'd like a thrill in your mini skirt. The bartender was a GEM and we had tons of fun w karaoke. This is a beer/wine/champagne bar so don't expect to get a cocktail but we don't need that to have an amazing time!! read more

Stumbled on this hidden gem before another event and had a crisp and nice glass of champagne (generous pour) and enjoyed the arcade games and nostalgia. He was incredibly rude because I asked him to give me the left over drink in the can after he poured 3/4 my drink in the glass, and to not leave some left in the can to toss after.
